Shoutout to the crew on 12/19/2025 at around 8:40 in the evening. My first time visiting this location. Definitely won't be the last.
This is the time of year brings on many challenging aspects with work and personal matters. Tonight, I was one of the many people who witnessed the epitome of what good customer service is all about.
It was twenty minutes before closing, a sudden rush came in, some unforeseen challenges/ circumstances arose, and very limited man power behind the counter. Despite all of this, nobody was being turned away from getting their last minute dinner after a long day of work or finishing up that last minute Christmas shopping. Not one employee was stressing out, in fact, they were giving it their all despite a few impatient people who were waiting. Smiling and doing the best they could with what they had. All of this stuff is things a lot of people do not realize, especially this time of year. Tonight as a customer, I saw teamwork/ support, as well as great customer service all in one shot. And its things like this that will make me want to come back to this location.
Oh might I add, the regular #6 I got was AMAZING! Very well crafted and very yummy.

Kudos to you guys for having such an amazing team on hand. I will be back again for another Jersey Mikes Sub😊

Stopped in on Dec. 17th for a quick sandwich and enjoyed very friendly service and great food. Yummy sandwiches!

Workers were very nice and welcoming. Paul who made the sandwhich was very nice on the phone and made one of the best Philly cheese steaks I ever had. Paul was very attentive with making sure I was happy with the sandwhich I got and thats very rare in fast food. Im an executive chef and I would definitely bring him on my team if he wants to leave mikes. Great job guys keep up the good work. One hell of a sandwhich and great customer service. Happy holidays

The gentlemen who took our order was very friendly and welcomed me on my first time trying Jersey Mike's. The food was very good and the whole staff was also very friendly!

Very nice staff and quick. Once they saw I was waiting for 2 seconds they went fast and did an amazing job. The food, was amazing and fresh. Will go back.

Worse service ever! I waited 20min for my hot sandwich and when I finally got it the woman had an attitude. I usually get good service here but today that girl on the grill was terrible. There were at least 8 people working behind the counter and I still had to wait forever. I've worked in hospital and restaurants, I know things happen but at least practice good customer service- be apologetic and reassuring don't give customers your 'I don't give a damn' attitude. If it was my business I would fire her on the spot. This place use to be good but apparently not anymore.

The staff at the Jersey Mike's in Middletown, NY are friendly. Jersey Mike's has the best cheesteaks outside of Philly.

Made me wait for my order that was already done and paid for through the app while they served another customer. The quality has dropped off immensely. The Italian was tasteless and the onions on the Philly cheesesteak were raw and crunchy.

Their prices are ridiculous. Avoid this place like the plague.

They offer gluten free, with a big sign on their window!!! I went in there to get a gluten free sandwich and was treated like garbage. I have celiac disease and I told them that. They proceeded to use a dirty rag that they just used to clean regular bread crumbs with on the slicer for cold cuts. I tried explaining I can’t have cross contamination. Middletown NY manager needs to educate themselves and employees on Celiac Disease!!! After having words with one very rude and nasty employee, I walked out. Be very careful if you eat there and have food allergies or celiac disease. I will be reporting them!!

Disgusting. There was hair in my tuna sandwich. When I pointed it out, the manager acted like it was no big deal—completely dismissive. Refund for the sandwich? Obviously- but nothing behind that? Careless and awful service, the lack of accountability sealed it. I’m done with this crappy store for good.Yuck!

Drove a half hour after work to get jersey mikes with my family. We were cutting it close but had 10min until closing. We get there and they had closed early. All the employees just standing inside looking at us. Other people were outside very frustrated as well. As a previous restaurant manager myself, it’s never okay to do that. Won’t be making the drive to come here anymore if they can’t be reliable.
