Joey's Pizza (Middletown)

Five stars, 10/10 amazing. The specialty slices look like they may be heavy but the dough is SO light and crispy. The red sauce has a powerful tomato taste with a hint of sweetness, not too much seasoning overpowering anything. Recommendations: house slice, grandma with pesto and grandma with vodka sauce.

Excellent food

So I like to review many of the food restaurants and eatery when local or traveling. We'll as for Joey's pizz in Middletown ny. This is my 2nd time the fist was to try different pizzarias in Middletown, ny .the good is that Joey's pizza is clean and has a large verity of pizzas . There pizza is 3out of 5 we also ordered 2 subs meatball and chicken parmesana both were thin sliced lol .I decided to give them another try while I need the area and see if any improvements to the sandwiches. Today I bought a basic ham and cheese with lettuce and tomatoes. Won't yet the sub came with only 2-3 slices of ham per section of the sub and more cheese than ham the tomatoes where diced not sliced and had way to much lettuce to make the sub look full . And a can of Coke making a total of 15,00 dollars by my experience this is the worst and the most expensive I ever experienced 🙃 there probably better for there pizza and some pastas but not there subs

I finally found what I was looking for!! I travel from Pine Bush to this spot just for a Real good slice of pizza, I absolutely love their pizza here; the taste and texture reminds me of my childhood pizza shop in the Bronx 🥰

I absolutely LOVE pizzeria's and only recently did I find this GEM and I am HOOKED (& a little fatter 😂).!!! I've ordered and tried a whole variety of different items on the menu over the past several weeks and the food is to die for.! Not only is everything I've had PHENOMENAL, the portions are extremely generous and on top of that, the PRICES are UNBEATABLE.!!! Where else can you get generous portions, phenomenal food and unbelievably low-cost, affordable, competitive prices.??? Nowhere... Except for JOEY'S.!!!! 5 ⭐️ STARS ALL THE WAY.!!!! A customer for life.!!! 💯
