One of my favorite places to go on a, "just because" basis. Staff are always pleasant as well. I suggest adding some oreo to the bobba if you're getting some, "hot bubble tea"... Will turn into a liquid addiction.

This is a wonderful location to get bubble tea. I highly recommend getting anything with extra sugar in it. That makes it delicious. All of the drinks are wonderful. All the drinks at any kung fu tea are wonderful. I must truly complement the atmosphere. The atmosphere was so nice.

Parking: The parking is free, and there are so many spots you could spend a lifetime waiting for the parking lot to fill up, and it would never fill up.
