I really don't understand why. After so many complaints, nothing is done about it. The manager named Eva does takes employees' phone and put reviews on it. So she can look good, very disrespectful to the employees, and the food is awful. Fries are cold. They taste like burned oil, unbelievable.

Im coming on here to call out the manager at Mcdonalds on 113 Dolson Ave. I gave a homeless lady money to buy a meal and she ACTUALLY bought food unlike others who beg and use the money for otherwise. Anyway, she bought her food and sat down to eat and then this gentleman comes out and starts mopping around her feet on purpose to try to get her to leave and the manager MARIA comes out and says “nope i made him do that”. They proceeded to try to push the homeless lady away with the caution sign and the homeless lady grabbed it and just threw it on the floor so they could stop. Maria called the cops and had them looking for this lady around the plaza as if she committed a crime when all she wanted was to eat her meal. This is very disturbing and dehumanizing im sad to see that people dont think about other’s situation. I always put myself in others shoes and to see this lady be treated like this over her appearance is disgusting.

Service is terrible. They always take forever and the workers are rude. The chicken is almost never cooked fully especially the chicken nuggets; its disgusting i took one bite out of them and i threw up.

I don’t normally leave reviews for fast food places, but this is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to . My order is never done correctly and the girl at the second window is rude. ( heavy set Spanish girl with the eyes bulging out of her head and the tacky pink lip stick she wears .
Also, when I get ketchup and mayo on a burger, every single time it never fails. It comes back, looking like A child was playing in the back with the mayo and ketchup bottle .
