Service is terrible. They always take forever and the workers are rude. The chicken is almost never cooked fully especially the chicken nuggets; its disgusting i took one bite out of them and i threw up.

I don’t normally leave reviews for fast food places, but this is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to . My order is never done correctly and the girl at the second window is rude. ( heavy set Spanish girl with the eyes bulging out of her head and the tacky pink lip stick she wears .
Also, when I get ketchup and mayo on a burger, every single time it never fails. It comes back, looking like A child was playing in the back with the mayo and ketchup bottle .

Hello, good morning, on January 14 at 12:40 am, the person who takes the order at the drive true has no professional or moral ethics and it is disrespectful for him to speak to the customer in that way, the way he treated us and said no. They will serve us again, I think that as a custumer servís worker you have to have professional ethics and treat the people who are going to buy

I can't see why my order is rarely correct here. I'm either missing g things or the food is par. There's a line in drive thru so surely my fries should be fresh, hot and served with the appropriate amount od salt. I ordered a Filet meal with a small black coffee with 6 creamers on the side so they dont add that fake pump creamer. Easy right? I pay$10.50 for a medium coffee... which i didn'task for, with the brownest fries, overly salted and a improperly toasted bun on my non hot fish filet. I noticed the fries asked for a new hot set and still got about 5pcs hot fries over the old fries and no creamer. This location is relaxed with service and quality. They don't care about the community that keeps them in business I'll never spend a di.e there again!!!! This is not the 1st ti.e either

I went to do a mobile order which usually goes smoothly. I tell them my code, I go to the video they tell me a completely different order and I kept repeating my code number but it was still wrong. I tried to show them that I didn’t order that and went to recent ordered and tried to show them. But they kept telling me they needed the code, ironically my code disappears on my app and showed back up right when I decided to just forget about it. BUT THE WORST PART IS I NEVER GOT MY REFUND. I never got the food I ordered so why didn’t they refund me yet!!!!???? IM A COLLEGE STUDENT I NEED AS MUCH MONEY AS I CAN GET!!!

I went in and asked for one hot cakes and a mango smoothie and guy put it in as one coke and one hot cakes and when the order got out it only came out one hot cakes and he forgot got to give me my drink but the food was good
