I loved the MON as I had visited here from someone's recommendation.
I tasted a caremal flavour Bobba tea and loved it very much.
It's worth it and tastefully prepared with an awesome presentation by their staff over the counter.
Recommend the girl to smile over the counter for the best experience of guests.
Very nice mango matcha tea. Good selection of games available.
I love this place! It’s my go to boba tea location! The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because the hours are incorrect on Google. They actually close at 8 pm and not 8:30pm on a Friday.
I too had a bad experience like some of the ones below with it being watered down. I had a young woman ring me up a few weeks ago who then tried to gaslight me into saying she did her job. Not only had I had the drink before so I knew how it tasted but it didn’t even look like the picture. Also when I tried to come in at 11 she said it wasn’t open yet quite rudely. I miss my passion boba. It used to be amazing. I wish the owner was more present, the cashier is going to drive away business.
Very good
One of the best boba places in the 845. Its truly a real boba tea. you add or less the suger you add. As well tastes super fresh and well. I recommend the Ube.

I ordered an ube milk tea and omg is it amazing. I love ube for its rich flavour but this by far is the best. The service was amazing the lady was so sweet and I just felt so cozy inside. The consistency of the Boba is perfect, not too tough not too squishy. 10/10

Lovely tea establishment, order via kiosk and pick up at the front. Gets packed because of location, they have little board games on tables to pass time if you're in a group which is pretty neat. My tea was pretty good, just took a little while because there was only 1 person working.

If I could give this establishment as zero or a negative one I would. I came here once before had absolutely no issues arrived again today just looking to order a tea as I came inside the counter server or barista was hysterically crying and myself along with other customers asked her if she was okay. She refused to respond and continued crying in the midst of not taking any orders while people were trying to be nice and kind and helpful toward her. I myself got her to speak and I asked her what was wrong and if she needed some help or if somebody did anything to her and her response was that it was her birthday and she didn't want to work. After she said that I was taking a back by her excessive crying and realized that she was crying tears and makeup into the same cups that she was sorting out to make drinks in. There was a woman who was waiting almost 40 minutes for her drink and I sat and waited around 25 as the girl paced around hysterically crying behind the counter. She never made my drinks so I decided to go up front where I saw an older gentleman and I asked him if he happened to be the owner or manager. He bitterly responded that he was the father of the female working and I asked if he knew the number to another co-worker or potential manager so I could get a refund on my pretty pricey tea order. I was extremely polite and when he refused to give me their number I said look I'm going to need her to give me a refund I am on a time constraint so I either need my drink or I need a refund. There was no manager or owner in site and I thought it was extremely odd that this female worker had her father babysitting her while she was working being that she was obviously of age to work. Long story short I never got a refund and ended up having to call the police because the barista's father got into my face mind you I am 26 weeks pregnant and was holding my 6 year old son's hand just because he was angry that I was asking for a refund because his daughter was unable to make drinks and because she was crying her tears into cups. The man got into my face screaming profanities and spitting at me I ended up calling the police and from there I do not know what happened with the man but the owner ended up showing up did not care to hear what occurred and decided to instead hand me a tea that was not my own and tell the police that I am no longer allowed in their establishment as if I would ever return anyway after being berated and screamed at by a grown man. I am still extremely in shock and surprised by this behavior and do not understand why this would even be allowed by an owner. If you are a parent a mother or anybody who lives in the Middletown area I strongly suggest to stay away from this establishment and use your money elsewhere because a 50-year-old man was protected over a pregnant patron with her child. I would never and will never return and the barista was literally screaming at the top of her lungs at me when I called the police because her father was screaming in my face and she called me a Karen while screaming mind you I was trying to console her when I walked in. I am beyond shocked all of the other businesses within the City of Middletown and wallkill are absolutely amazing and I have never had an issue with staff managers or owners and I think that says a lot do not patronize this establishment
