Unassuming but definitely a hidden gem in Middletown. Delicious fruit tea, I personally ordered the mango passionfruit with lychee jelly and it was out of this world. Really great spot just to get a little pick me up in upstate New York.
Keep in mind there is a bit of a wait as they are understaffed, but there is a pleasant vibe and atmosphere.

Change the closing time to 6:45pm instead of 7. What good is staying open till 7 if you can’t even order anything cause they’re cleaning at 6:45? On a different occasion, I was told I cannot order a drink with no ice AFTER the drink was already made and paid for. Why provide that option on the little touch screen kiosk if it’s not actually an option? 0 stars for the employees not wanting to do their jobs. But The drinks in general are pretty good so I’ll give a star for that.

This cafe offers a variety of hot tea, cold teas, boba tea, lattes and coffees. It’s clean, modern, and cozy inside. You can place your order using a kiosk system, allowing you to browse through selections and choose your own custom drink. They had seasonal drinks for Fall like pumpkin and chai flavors. I saw a couple people on their laptops , perhaps working. I did not happen to see WiFi. But maybe I overlooked it or the staff may have the info for that. The drinks were prepared deliciously and served in to-go cups. I was hoping for a mug, and also some small pastry to pair with our drinks but they did not have any. But those are small details. The to-go cup did allow my girlfriend and I to take our drinks and stroll around North Street to enjoy the sunshine. We would definitely go back!

I loved the MON as I had visited here from someone's recommendation. I tasted a caremal flavour Bobba tea and loved it very much. It's worth it and tastefully prepared with an awesome presentation by their staff over the counter. Recommend the girl to smile over the counter for the best experience of guests.

I love this place! It’s my go to boba tea location! The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because the hours are incorrect on Google. They actually close at 8 pm and not 8:30pm on a Friday.
I too had a bad experience like some of the ones below with it being watered down. I had a young woman ring me up a few weeks ago who then tried to gaslight me into saying she did her job. Not only had I had the drink before so I knew how it tasted but it didn’t even look like the picture. Also when I tried to come in at 11 she said it wasn’t open yet quite rudely. I miss my passion boba. It used to be amazing. I wish the owner was more present, the cashier is going to drive away business.

I ordered an ube milk tea and omg is it amazing. I love ube for its rich flavour but this by far is the best. The service was amazing the lady was so sweet and I just felt so cozy inside. The consistency of the Boba is perfect, not too tough not too squishy. 10/10
