We usually pick Mr. Sushi as our go to place for hibachi. Never a problem until last night when my family met for my son's birthday. We had a party of 7. At first everything went normal as we order drinks and our food. Entertainment was OK. This was a Saturday night so a little busy. I noticed some of the food being spilled on table which I never noticed before. Food was good however service worse than normal. Server disappeared and we had to wait for refill on drinks and our check. Bill was $268. Gratuity was also added.I believe it was $41.68. I have never had this happen before even with the same party size. I usually always tip at least 20% as long as the service is good most of the time more. I was extremely offended that the gratuity was added in. She could have gotten more. However it looks like we may have to find another hibachi to go to next time.

Always an awesome time with family and friends. Hibachi and sushi are always on point, and the menu has some options if you don't want either of those.
I really want to like this restaurant because it’s convenient for me on my lunch break and the food is usually good, but wow the service is terrible. Every time I go for a pick up order the person on the phone is so despondent, same thing when I get there. I’m very courteous to customer service staff and always say “Thank you” “Have a nice day” etc and never get a response or a smile, nothing. It’s very uncomfortable. Because it feels like the staff actively hate the customers, I no longer tip for pickup. The last few times I’ve gone they watch me cross out the tip line on the receipt and actually roll their eyes. Based on other reviews, it seems as though the staff is very entitled. I waitressed for years and years before and people will tip when the service is good. Sadly won’t be back as it’s just such an uncomfortable experience, will drive the extra five-ten minutes to Fuji,

BEST! BIRTHDAY! DINNER! EVER!
A group of friends took me to Mr. Sushi & Grill for my birthday last night. It was my first-time-ever at a hibachi restaurant, and I absolutely LOVED it! The tableside hibachi show was thrilling and very entertaining, and the food was simply sublime. (I had the scallops hibachi dinner...fresh, delicious, and expertly prepared.) The service was attentive; the restaurant was attractive and comfortable, and the whole atmosphere was joyful...family-friendly, and also absolutely perfect for groups of friends celebrating birthdays. I don't drink alcohol, and I just loved that the menu featured a selection of fun "mocktails" in addition to a full selection of alcoholic offerings and cocktails. The evening couldn't have been better or more fun. I will definitely be back!!!
Parking: Mr. Sushi & Grill is tucked away in an outdoor shopping center, with tons of safe, easily-accessible parking near the restaurant.
