This is review is for their burgers that they have under The Daily Grind, ( the bakery, North Wind Bread Co is delicious!) .. the burgers we ordered were extremelyyyyy salty. I’m we couldn’t even eat them. Literally felt like i was biting into salt burgers. It was so disappointing because we were so excited to try a new burger spot in town but this was a huge, huge let down. I believe it could be better but they definitely need to work on the quality of the burgers and fries.

when ordering the cashier told us we can customize our order, then proceeded to deny any custom orders saying they actually can’t have custom orders. After ordering and sitting, all the tables were crammed and uncleaned, crumbs and food everywhere as they have no one who cleans inbetween seatings. Food was mid and overpriced. Then they require you to serve and clean up after yourself, resembling a fast food service like tacobell. after cleaning lady gave us a nasty look and was annoyed that we accidentally put the plastic forks in the garbage instead of recycling, as if i worked there and she was going to fire me. ladies up front were not pleasant and very rude, did not smile or respond when we said thanks and have a nice day. menu is extremely limited as well with barely any options. I recommend this place to no one and not sure how they stay in buisness. never had an issue with any restaurants in middletown except here.

We Door dashed breakfast this morning, the sandwiches were great but they sent possibly the worst lattes on earth!! I asked for a Chai latte and got a cup of steamed oat milk instead. Zero chai lol wifeys bougie latte was also dumped.

Ordered for pick up & when I got there, 2 customers were waiting at the p/u area and 2 were waiting to order. So not crazy busy for a Sunday morning at 10:30. Customers ordering at the register were waited on promptly. The other couple and I were not even acknowledged. Other to go orders were packed up and while there were 3 people we could tell were working up front only 1 stayed up front to pack another order- while the 3 of us were still standing there waiting for our orders which were sitting on the back counter, ready. Not on the pick up counter. It took me speaking up to even be noticed. Surely enough that was my order that had been sitting there the whole time. And finally the other couple got theirs as well. Please acknowledged when someone is standing there, on either side. Kindly tell the other person you'll be with them shortly. Then everyone feels seen and their food doesn't get cold while hanging out unable to be picked up.

Also, unless you're across the street and able to see the awning, it's not really easy to see your shop. No signage on the front door if coming from New Middletown direction on the same side of the street.

Food was prepared incorrectly. Fries were iced cold and the bread was hard. I asked that tomatoes not be put on the food, but they were. No onion was included per my request. $26 wasted on food my family and I can’t eat. Restaurant refused to correct their error. Don’t waste your money or time. They were very rude. We won’t be patronizing them again!!!

Neat little bakery. Croissants were good.

Food here was very good and freshly made. Really enjoyed the SEC on an English muffin and the fiesta wrap as well!

I order from here pretty frequently, the price of a breakfast sandwich and coffee is much cheaper than most chain places and definitely higher quality! Their English muffins are out of this world.

The ladies in there are so friendly. Always a pleasure to go in there and speak with them

Friendly service and delicious food! Breakfast croissant sandwiches had us coming back 2 days in a row while on vacation. Make sure to try the specialty drinks and guava pastry too! Thank you to the batistas for great recommendations and exceptional service
