Meal was slow getting to us but well worth the wait! H/C Parking left a bit to be desired.

I want to preface this by saying I love Olive Garden! It’s one of my favorite restaurants, and I have never had a bad experience there until today.
Everything was fine…quite literally. Our waitress Kya was very polite and attentive. She took our order and made sure to update us on when we should expect our salad and appetizer. Our salad, breadsticks and appetizer came out promptly. But my best friend and I quickly noticed that every ten minutes or so our waitress and other waitstaff would come to our table to check on us. It was rather excessive, however, their constant checking in was being fueled by their aggressive manager Miranda.
The way Miranda spoke to her staff was jarring, abrupt, inconsiderate, uncomfortable, and rude. She could be heard from the kitchen making the dining experience unnecessarily awkward. Her staff handled her behavior professionally. My best friend and I asked our waitress if she was alright. Her response was professional and passive.
My sympathy and empathy goes to the staff and I sincerely hope this was a one-off situation. Nobody deserves to be spoken to or treated unjustly. One piece of (unwarranted) advice to Miranda: to be a good leader is to know it’s more effective and impactful to praise your staff in public, and coach your staff in private.

Shamar is a fantastic manager, he’s welcoming, smiling and actually cares about your experience 10/10! Our waitress, wish I got her name, was super kind and made sure our drinks were filled and order was perfect, These people need a raise :)

Beside the fact, that it was a little bit cold inside the restaurant, everything was fine. The Service was good, the taste of the meal was great and for this relatively big restaurant the ambiente was verry good. We would definitely return, but maybe with long sleeve shirts. 😉

Como siempre, sólido en todos los aspectos. We ordered the Tour of Italy, which can be easily shared between 2 people. And my son loved the Mac & Cheese. Price according to what one receives. Perhaps the only point against was that my son started playing with the tablet on the table, and without realizing it, they charged us for a game that you can see that he played. I recommend it, as always!

Took my friend's out to eat here. Food was delicious and the service was spot on. The waitress we had was amazing, even though she accidentally knocked over a glass. That was the absolute calmest reaction I've ever seen to breaking a glass. Kudos to her and the team

Food was great! The wait staff was fabulous. It is such a shame you walk on to see a male staff sitting on the take out counter . Very trashy..

Can I tell you I was so impressed during my order pick up today. The young, well dressed, professional man named DJ was exceptional! He didn't even wait for notification from the app of our arrival. He was proactive and approached our car asking us what the order name was and assured us he would get to us quickly, which he did! He is exemplary of how service should be! Kudos to him and hope he is acknowledged for going above and beyond 👏🏽 keep up the great work DJ!

I came to Olive Garden and ordered the Chicken Alfredo with soup. The soup was warm, not hot, but the main dish was fine. Service started out pretty good, but toward the end, things lost their spark.
There was a small issue with splitting the bill — our server did fix it, but she seemed visibly frustrated, and after that, there was no thank you, no final check-in, or even a “we appreciate your visit.” Just felt like we were ushered out.
I also got a tiramisu to go and was disappointed by the portion. For $10, it was a small piece of cake, no whipped cream, garnish, or even a simple touch to make it feel like a full dessert experience. Not worth the price in my opinion.
Also — whatever happened to the after-dinner mints? Those used to be a nice little touch that made the visit feel complete. Now it feels like everything’s been stripped down.
Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t memorable either. Service and small details really matter, even at a chain restaurant.
