Food out before I could sip my tea or eat more than 4 bites of salad so ok just take it home microwave smaller portions on trio cheese cake stale strawberries chopped asked by two people back to back how it was didn't want that conversation in front of customers
Waitress was great experience overall not relaxing 40.00 to get stressed so something has changed as I usually go here often without leaving wishing I didn't go

I haven't been to Olive Garden in yrs. And tonight reminded me why. The food was absolutely horrible. I got a steak and shrimp dish, and the steak taste like it was bathed in SALT!!. It was so bad. I NEVER send food back, but I just cldnt get through the dish. The service was decent. Atmosphere was cool. But the food was a hard NO!.

Hadn't been in years and unfortunately except for soup salad and breadsticks will likely not go back. Unfortunately food made me extremely sick. Tasted ok pretty generic not authentic but did not settle well. All i ordered was baked ziti should not have had the effect it did.

Bill was our server today, and he was absolutely AMAZING. He was kind, attentive, answered all of our questions, and took great care of us overall. Props to him for being an incredible server!

Food is always great. And the service/wait staff is surprising high quality considering the “chain restaurant” thing. Nice to see younger adults taking pride in the service they offer

I had an amazing experience at this Olive Garden! The food was fresh, the service was quick, and the entire atmosphere felt warm and welcoming but what really made the visit exceptional was the manager, Peter. Peter is the kind of manager every restaurant needs. He was attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure guests were happy. You can tell he runs the place with pride because the staff was organized, the restaurant was spotless, and the overall vibe was fantastic. He checked on our table personally, made us feel valued, and handled everything with professionalism and kindness. Customer service like that is rare these days.

Sadly I have to say that they offer delicious food, but after I used the bathroom I couldn’t eat anymore because it was extremely dirty. I can’t even describe how bad it was. They really need to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom.”

I have recently moved away and was back in the area for a few days, I really just wanted soup, breadsticks and some Alfredo sauce. Went to go place an order on the website - 25 mins, awesome! Clicked to place the order and now it said over an hour. So, instead, went into the restaurant, which was dead by the way - off hours - 3:15 pm to see if I could get it sooner. A 20 something was working the lobby and she said, no, it’ll ONLY be an hour because of all the orders coming in. So yeah, not waiting an hour for them to scoop some soup and sauce into containers. Very frustrating and service has gone way downhill. Reading some of the other recent reviews, seems training needs some revamping or something. Such a shame. Used to be one of my favorite places.
