I am a regular at this restaurant I always order their steak tacos which WERE amazing but the last couple of times that I have come I have been disappointed because they are not consistent with their ingredients one day they will use American cheese instead of the mozzarella cheese that originally comes with the tacos or sometimes they will give you salsa instead of their green sauce which is a complete different thing and considering I drive 30 minutes to get there it’s very disappointing. Today was especially disappointing I went with my boyfriend and he usually never eats there but today he decided to try their pasta, when he tried his pasta I was extremely bland and had no taste to it so he did not eat it I Nicely asked the owner if he could exchange it for something else and his response was no it is not my problem that he did not like it I have never been to an establishment where they refuse to make their customers happy knowing that they didn’t even touch the food that was served. I will not be back here.

For a New Year's Eve party, bought twelve Mexican dishes. Every one was delicious! All guests were happy with the quality and quantity, both carnivores and vegetarians. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Best Mexican food I have had in a LONG time! I highly recommend them.Vegetarian options: Fresh and tasty!

The Cubana Torta is a large Mexican sandwich and has nothing to do with Cuba or the famous Cubano. We ordered the Cubana Torta and the Chicken Parmigiana with Pasta. The torta has pork, ham, cheese, sour cream. Mayonnaise, and avocado, on a large toasted hard roll. The sandwich is full of taste. It was so large that I was only able to eat half the sandwich. The left over torta was my lunch the next day. The chicken parmigiana was similar to the Italian version. The meal was plentiful. We took the left overs home. The food tasted very good. The menu at Caborcas is both Hispanic and Italian. The large assortment of foods ranges from pasta to the different Hispanic meals. The restaurant has a pleasing atmosphere. It is a long narrow space. There is a counter for take-out orders. The front of the restaurant has a few tables next to the floor to ceiling windows. We like the street scene and people watching and enjoy sitting at these tables. The remainder of the tables are arranged throughout the rest of the restaurant. Along one of the long walls are old bricks, a nice touch. The restaurant is very clean. Caborcas is located on North Street next to the old railroad tracks, Ayres & Galloway and Thrall Library.

The girls there are so nice but the man that works there and cooks also answers the phone is super rude when I told him about it he said go somewhere else for your food we are busy very unprofessional for the business so sad because I always had a great experience every time I went there .
