Outback Steakhouse

We all enjoyed a great time at Outback tonite for our friend's birthday bash. The waitress was wonderful her name was Jessica and just loved her green hair...beautiful smile...amazing care to each of our needs. The food was fantastic from salads n soups n chili n steaks n shrimp to brown bread..blooming onion n spinach dips...real butter ....great desserts...everything to perfection! We all adored how caring and at ease Jesse made us feel. Her helpers also very sweet n nice. The Manager also a great guy. The best part was how grand the staff came around to sing a Happy Birthday! Song to Our Karena...they sounded professional...and made it all such fun! Thank you all for a great time in our pretend time in Kangaroo land tonite!

Jessica the waitress did one outstanding job tonight! She deserves a huge raise of getting every order correctly for six customers which is not easy! So hats off to Jessica and the outstanding staff for making our delicious dinner such a success!

I was actually impressed with the flavor of the food. Much better than some high end steak houses. Not what I expected at all.The server was very attentive and on top of everything.

Picked up nice steak for me and chicken for wife dinnersfor new years day. Everything was done perfect as always. Baked potato, salad and bread. Perfect dinner. Got boomerang mozzarella sticks as appetizer. This is why I always go to this outback for my food. The outback i go too always makes the order right.

I order takeout online and everything was perfect. Never a bad meal at Outback in Middletown NY. The gentleman that was working curbside was super friendly and had my order to me in minutes. Sorry I didn't get his name to give him a personal shout out.

First time here, stopping over enroute to family holidays. Francesca provided awesome service..Ribs were delish, as was a salmon and shrimp dish. Good drinks list at reasonable prices. We will make this our stop again!

For a chain restaurant, the steaks are great; what you would expect from a finer steakhouse and always grilled to the doneness you ordered. Portions are large & satisfying. Prices are very reasonable for the food that's served. Atmosphere is pleasant, wait staff very attentive, restrooms clean.

Oh my, the staff was so fantastic from beginning to the end! So friendly and so gentle with our family!! Huge kudos to this amazing team!

Update: 6months later and we were back to the same Outback location. As soon as we realized the coincidence, we were so happy! This time we were served by John - so kind and attentive, from the beginning to the end. The whole staff was so friendly to our young family! Love visiting this location!!

There was a hair in our appetizer. They gave us a fresh appetizer at no charge, but no other compensation. The server was excellent.
