I walked in with low expectations because it’s a Panera, yet I was still disappointed in the food. The soups would’ve been inedible without the bread. The chili was extremely salty and was still too salty even with bread (not the most traditional combination). The Autumn squash soup was cloyingly sweet in a really sickening way. The fact that the soup was made in a factory to be consistent across all locations makes it even more insulting. This can’t be a kitchen mistake. In all their R&D, they determined this level of salt and sugar are what’s demanded by the market?

I'm sorry, but you should be ashamed at the simple sandwich you put together and charged a ridiculous amount for. Splotch of mayo not even spread, cheese disgustingly stuck together (clearly out of a cheap, pre bought container) and turkey folded in half (again, clearly from a cheap, pre bought container)... ?! This is disgusting to give to a customer but even more, consider this ok for your business. 🤮🤮🤮

I was pleasantly surprised that they have Autumn squash soup that is gluten free! It was delicious. I wish they had more gluten free options other than salad and the soup. The cashier and food chef were absolutely friendly and kind. The cappuccino was also good. The price for the soup was too high for a small cup.

Very Unsanitary and I thought this is not Panera at the beginning
Been here a couple times since we moved here and the place is just filthy. Cleanliness of bathrooms represents cleanliness of the restaurant so I’m surprised I haven’t gotten sick yet. Probably won’t be going back unless I need a coffee. ⭐️ ⭐️

Changing my review because we waited 45 minutes while others came and went, never do rapid pickup y'all. Something about Panera always reminds me of being a little kid looking over the kitchen counter and barely being able to see over it. That counter where they hand you your food in Panera you can just barely see what they're doing behind there, it's sometimes I just want to stand on my toes and look over and ask them if I can lick the spoon. I've been escorted out of restaurants for less.

The service was great but the prices are outrageous! 2 half sandwiches with tuna and a bowl of soup and drinks $36 and we are still hungry. The tuna scoops on both sandwiches didn't even amount to 1/2 can of tuna. Ridiculous!! Why???

i went to panera BREAD. to get my mac and cheese and a side of bread. lmk why they claim to be all out of bread at only 5:44 pm. this ruined my day when i wanted was a side of bread. i go to wait for my food and find a bunch of loafs sitting there. now i understand this is not the employees fault, but someone should have kept better inventory of the bread since this this the most popular side. i was very upset to find that i paid 9 dollars for mac and cheese and didnt even get my favorite part, the bread. 😔 it also took forever for my food to come out.

My boyfriend and I have been to this Panera bread a few times and have never had a problem till today. We ordered from the app at 10:10 and it said our food should be ready at 10:26. We arrive at 10:40 and the lady at the front counter asked if we had an online order I say yes, I give her my name and last name. She goes and checks and says they are making it. We are waiting there for over 20 min still no order brought out. So we go back up and ask the manager that was on duty and she said we have been waiting for you to arrive to tell you there is no BBQ sauce. We tell her we have been waiting for over 20 min and the lady at the front counter knew we were here waiting. Mind you the worker and manager were talking to each other the whole time we were waiting. By this time we ordered the food an hour ago. The manager was very rude about the whole situation so we canceled the order and got a refund. I will never be going back to that Panera bread ever again.
