Been there many times. Love the place and the food but tonight I did not have any type of good experience. The waitress took almost 25 minutes to get me a non alcoholic drink and never came over to see if we needed anything during the course of the meal. Two parties came in after us and we're served before us as well. Then when the bill comes I hand the server my card and she automatically put an 18% gratuity charge on the card. I thought it was my choice of what amount or percentage I wanted to leave and if we're by cash or card. Overall not very satisfied with this evenings outcome. And why did i get charged a service fee also as well with the gratuity?

We ordered water and a drink , When the bill came out, they charged three dollars for the water , When I mentioned it, he took it off the bill and printed out a new receipt , The new receipt had Charged about $.50 more per item than the original receipt before he took the three dollar water off , ( like they were making up for the three dollar they just lost ) Then they added 18% service charge !! ( The drink was made absolutely perfect)

Food is and continues to be very tasty and flavorful, have been here a few times now. But on my most recent visit, I saw a âservice chargeâ on the receipt. When I asked the waitress about it, she told me it was the tip, when I asked if she could remove it so I could tip with cash instead, she told me that âit wasnât possibleâ because of the payment system they used. Somewhat frustrating as this is a decent mark up on top of what Iâm already paying for

I love their arroz con pollo but their dish and serving isnât consistent. They charge $24 for this dish and then I ask for some chicken juice on the side because as you can see itâs dry and Iâm charged $4 for this small plastic ketchup cup full. Very disappointing. A wonderful place to eat and spend time with friends/family. The food and service was great. If I had one complaint, it would be that the music was a little loud. With the openness of the restaurant with the noise coming from the mall coupled with the music playing in the restaurant, it was just al little noisy.
Peru Cuisine has the best fried rice in Middletown, NY! Order the Chaufa, it is the smoky Latin Chinese fusion fried rice! I always get the vegetarian option but you can get your preferred protein source.
I could never put that included chili sauce on it when their homemade sauces are way better on top of it. They are a little spicy but thatâs exactly how I like it. Make sure you order ahead because the wait will be a little bit especially if they are busy. Delicious!

As a Peruvian who support all Peruvian restaurant I wound not recommend this one to nobody, the food didnât tastes like Peruvian food at all, and they charged an 18% âservice feeâ. Please read the menu carefully!

I have wanted to eat here for a while! But I only come to Galleria to have my jewelry inspected every 6 months because my mother also needs hers done and this mall is closer to her than any others. So we always go in and rush out. Today - we got our jewelry inspected , and celebrated a late mother's day, so finally I tried Peru .... I can not say enough how absolutely nice the staff was , and how delicious the food was. We were kinda early for lunch so we had the restaurant to ourselves, but the quality of the food was impeccable. My mother got this platter of the most delicious thin cut steak I've ever had and my chicken was juicy and flavorful!!! So glad we stopped , so mad I haven't before

Visiting a Peruvian restaurant for the first time , food was good and a respectable service. The issue I have with this establishment is with their unethical charges. When called for the bill I was charged service charge 18.5% and totaling to amount of $150 ish , given my CCard and the server returned with the print out of a total of $193 ! And asking for another 18.5 % tip !!! . That will come to a $223 ish . Me with my family , I didnât want to make an issue due to my nature. Please donât let this happen to anyone els . !
