We don't have a pizza hut near where I live so I have to drive to Middletown. The last time I ordered food the cheese breadsticks were over cooked. Long drive for food to not be good when I get home. 30 mins each way. BUT the staff is always so nice it's usually worth the one hour round trip . No matter how busy your staff is always nice and patient.Parking: Plenty of parking. And it's safe.

I picked up my pizza around 7 .18p.mI was waiting upfront for aleast 4 min ,a girl show with food in her mouth.but that worse is when I got home and open that box , surprise burn pizza .

Around 6pm today - the pizza hut website was not working and kept on saying they could not place my order - retry !!After several attempts I picked up the phone and placed the order !!I ordered 2 pies and got stuck with 4 ?One of my phone orders went thru - never received any confirmation !!I order pretty regularly from them - the food is always great - fresh and hot, the staff is always friendly - but today I just feel PIZZA-OUT ...Don't mean to sound ungrateful... Thank you Lord!!

This place once upon a time used to have great food and pizza but sadly that’s no longer the case anymore. Steady downhill with quality of foods and services to its patrons. Last several times pizza was very rubbery with nasty aftertaste. Staff and management unfriendliness towards customers. Overall very unpleasant experience I won’t be returning anytime soon.?

If I could give this place negative stars I would..
I've been here multiple times for delivery and pickup, each time the employees are either unsure of what they are doing or they have a terrible attitude about their work. I once came in just to pick up an order, and the woman at the register would not stop complaining and yelling on the phone about her situation at work to somebody else, using horrible language, people would come in to place orders and ended up leaving because she never came back to the front. I personally don't think I will be ordering from here.

This is the ghettoest pizza hut I've ever been to . Literally hear the staff in the back cursing and talking loudly, one employee is sitting on the counter on her phone. This aint the first time I've seen this kind of behavior here . Unfortunately this place has gone down with the kind of characters they employ. If it wasn't the only pizza hut near me I wouldn't come here . Didn't even cut my pizza ?. Just one through the middle .

This establishment was extremely unprofessional! I spoke to the assistant manager Shantel who was extremely rude when I expressed I did not want the pizza that appeared to be cold and not fresh whatsoever. I returned the pizza untouched and asked for a refund and was told I could not receive one with an attitude. I was then told to leave all of my information and that Kari the manager (who happened to be on the FaceTime at the time of the incident) would contact me within 24-48 hours. Today makes 9 days since the incident and I have heard nothing back from anyone. Not only was dinner ruined but my experience as a paying customer at Pizza Hut has been as well. I pray no one else has this experience because I am now fighting to receive a refund for a product I never received or consumed. It’s not about the money it’s about the principle. Whether I paid $1 or $100 NO CUSTOMER should leave an establishment without the product they paid for or some sort of compensation. I left there with NOTHING..and they still have my money for the nothing I paid for. Truly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a food establishment to date!
