I usually get pretzels from Kings Plaza mall in Brooklyn, NY. They actually like their customers and they say the city has rude people. I wanted my girls to try them and my husband ordered. Savannah and another worker were rude and not welcoming. They looked at us like get out of our faces. There was no line. We only took about 10 seconds to order. My husband even said as to them. You want us to go away. And they laughed nervously. If this is the staff that you putting upfront. You won’t have a business for long. Please train them to respect customers. Especially families with small children.

I paid for the same thing twice at the checkout and when I pointed it out to him he asked me if I was going to make a fool of him. So I told him that he was making a fool of me. He didn't apologize and even gave me the wrong blocks that he had also been pointed out to. Never again, the employees are arrogant.🤬🤬🤬

I got the box of pretzel bites. There were so many more compared to the one. I usually get back home in Minnesota. The service was wonderful thank you

I was being help by the upstairs pretzel time, and it was lovely service but i had seen a employee hiding under the register while there was a huge line and i thought it was unprofessional of that young lady cause she could've help instead of making us wait longer for our order!

I ordered a box of pretzel bites with cheese, they were $28, plus 3sodas that were extra.
When on our ride home we decided to open the box and eat some. After about the 4th one I pulled out what I thought was a double only to find out it was attached by hair, so disgusting that we couldn’t eat any more!
If I didn’t live so far away I would have brought th gem back to get my money back!
Maybe wear a hair net when you bake! Such a turn off!

The 2 employees at the registers was simply ignorant or racist? I’m waiting in line waiting to order food, there were four employees working there, 2 were at the registers, one was helping the customer in front me getting the food, and the other one was making pretzels. The customer in front of me with two kids was being help and it takes some time I understand that, while the two ladies at the register was free talking to each other. I often went here to get pretzels so I knew, when they get busy or while one customer being help and it took long the next available employee can help the next customer in line. I looked at the two ladies at registers and ask “do I go over to you guys to order?” They just looked at each other and laughed with no response to my question or at least tell me keep waiting in line until the customer in front done ordering? But that was not why they laughed they just simply rude, racist and ignorant. Because a lady with her son just walked up right beside me and one of the girls at registers greeted to help. I told her Im here first and I’m still waiting but none of them care like I wasn’t a customer, and they just helped her get the food. So disappointed.

The motszeralle bites are SO good best thing i have ever tasted ten out of ten freshness and quality I do recommend coming here the pretzels are so Good

It depends on who is working you can either get someone rude or you can get someone who knows what he and or she is doing a decided to put 4 Stars because I love the cinnamon pretzel bites.

Paid $9 for a pretzel and a sodaPretzel which is now $5 after tax was not fresh or warm whatsoever. Probably won't go here ever again. Higher prices + poorer quality = not worth itStaff was friendly at least

The pretzels from pretzel maker are amazing!! They are freshly served to you with no attitude! And that’s something people would like!

I have been going to this place for years. But my last visit was horrible. The cashier was being very rude and chewing her gum while taking the order. She was not helpful at all. I would suggest the owner of this place get mature individuals because this experience was unacceptable.

I've been coming here for a while now !My family loves PRETZEL BITES especially cause their only located in the Mall in Middletown . It's unfortunate when you ask for fresh Pretzels you get an attitude from employees working their especially the crew on the 1st floor !! I spend money here and it's not cheap $12 I expect fresh Pretzels !Little do they know I know what fresh Pretzels taste like !! They start cleaning 2 hours prior of closing ! Not cool to lie to customers and give them old hard Pretzels !!! Not a happy customer this has been done a Number of times and now it needs to be addressed !!
