Stopped by to get Italian ice for my buddy who has diary and gluten allergy while making an ice cream run along with his brother. He truly enjoyed his large lemon Italian ice. When I expressed fear of cross contamination, our server ensured me that the ices was kept in a separate freezer. Definitely will be back!

Rita's custard is excellent! Creamy, no chemical taste, just Supreme! The best! Wish there were more of them.

It was my first time at Rita’s today and honestly, I had no idea what to get, but Megan made it super easy. She greeted me with a big smile and was so nice that I felt comfortable right away. I asked a ton of questions and tried a bunch of samples, and she was really patient and helpful the whole time. She was super friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience way more fun. We even had a good laugh a couple times, which totally made my day. Plus, she got my order done really fast and got everything exactly right. What I loved most is that she didn’t just rush through it. She actually made the interaction feel real and like I wasn’t just another customer. You can tell she really cares, and that kind of vibe stands out since not everyone’s like that. I don’t usually leave reviews, but Megan seriously made me leave Rita’s smiling, so I had to say something. Thanks so much, Megan, you’re awesome!!

Very tasty Gelato

The staff are friendly. I was disappointed that a Small milkshake is $6.50
The price wasn't worth the mediocre milkshake.

Love this Ritas location staff is always friendly and they always have cool flavors available the black cherry is insane BTW

Prices have gone up and sizes have gone down. Staff was okay. Didn't quite make my item right.

I went to get my usual gelati. They didn't have the black cherry, only the.Regular cherry. And it looked like it was freezer burnt. There were chunks of ice in it. The girl that was working there gave me a little bit of custard.. Pretty disappointed. Ok,so i went back again to see if they change. They had the black cherry and it was made an hour before i had it . What an amazing difference . Thanks for stepping up Rita's!back to 5 stars.

I ordered ice cream via DoorDash tonight and I asked for their peanut butter sauce with Reese’s peanut butter cups and they just threw a HUGE glob of peanut butter in it. I would’ve taken a picture of it but I was so mad I just threw it away. What a waste of $25 for a measley ive cream that I could’ve made better myself. It’s a peanut butter SAUCE, not a GLOB of peanut butter.

The Reese’s cups must’ve been melted together because there was a big glob of those to. They didn’t even bother to make my ice cream right. I’ll never order or visit this establishment again. It’s a waste of a business if you want to call it that

This place is absolutely amazing. The lady below me who is bashing on that innocent girl is out of line. This place is great and I have had her as my server and she was very sweet and kind, it was some of the best service I have had. It was nothing to do with race. That lady was just rude. Makes me upset seeing a review like this when I know personally the great service this place has. The workers do their best and it’s understandable to have a bad day sometimes especially dealing with a rude customer as herself.
