Love this Ritas location staff is always friendly and they always have cool flavors available the black cherry is insane BTW

My Grandchildren love this place. All i said was Rita's and they jumped up

Prices have gone up and sizes have gone down. Staff was okay. Didn't quite make my item right.

I went to get my usual gelati. They didn't have the black cherry, only the.Regular cherry. And it looked like it was freezer burnt. There were chunks of ice in it. The girl that was working there gave me a little bit of custard.. Pretty disappointed. Ok,so i went back again to see if they change. They had the black cherry and it was made an hour before i had it . What an amazing difference . Thanks for stepping up Rita's!back to 5 stars.

I ordered ice cream via DoorDash tonight and I asked for their peanut butter sauce with Reese’s peanut butter cups and they just threw a HUGE glob of peanut butter in it. I would’ve taken a picture of it but I was so mad I just threw it away. What a waste of $25 for a measley ive cream that I could’ve made better myself. It’s a peanut butter SAUCE, not a GLOB of peanut butter.

The Reese’s cups must’ve been melted together because there was a big glob of those to. They didn’t even bother to make my ice cream right. I’ll never order or visit this establishment again. It’s a waste of a business if you want to call it that

This place is absolutely amazing. The lady below me who is bashing on that innocent girl is out of line. This place is great and I have had her as my server and she was very sweet and kind, it was some of the best service I have had. It was nothing to do with race. That lady was just rude. Makes me upset seeing a review like this when I know personally the great service this place has. The workers do their best and it’s understandable to have a bad day sometimes especially dealing with a rude customer as herself.

My husband and I always go tobthis place for the twist custard icecream as it is so good. This time I asked the black server in blue to try one of their other custard flavors. She said that the manager forbids it. So we bought the usual and sat down in one of the outside chairs in front of the window. There came 6 people after us who were black and hispanic and asked her to try something. She gave to each of them.
What???- It cannot get more racist!!
That shameless girl should be fired at once!!!
If she is not, i will post her photo and tell of her discriminative nature in all social media.

Absolutely unacceptable!
The owner is also to be blamed for allowing such illegal behaviors!!

The ice cream taste awful. It’s not as creamy as it used to be. Bad experience with the manager there. Very rude woman. You spend nearly $6 on a large ice cream in a cup and only get only 5 ounces which is NOTHING. I know because the manager made a point to weight it in front of me when I questioned why I barely got any ice cream. 5 ounces!! ?? What a joke. I’ll go to CARVEL and not waste my money on this place. The manager is like the ice cream police with her scale. Don’t ask for anymore than 5 ounces or you’ll get arrested. ?

Took forever for me to pick up a simple already made uber eats order. Wouldn’t let me grab the item and leave
