I've been taking the family to Rita's for years but today was the first time I felt that I wouldn't be going back. My cashier was Leia and she was condescending and rude. I used it as a teaching experience for my kids on what not to do when working in the customer service field. When your kids notice someone being rude it says a lot. Leia needs a lesson in how not to conduct yourself even when you're having a bad day...

Great please staff is very friendly. Please update your current hours online. I drove 25 mins based off your hours listed and you guys were closed. It currently states that you are open until 10:30 pm. I got there at 9:15. Very annoying.

My wife and I just drove 30mins to come to this location and when we pulled into the parking lot at 8:20pm we saw two people standing at the window being served and as soon as we approached the front of the place we saw the two people leaving and the person inside quickly shut the window shutter as if we didn't see them. I'm not really sure why the hours listed on google and yelp and pretty much everywhere states that they're open till 9pm when they aren't, except for the two people that where there before us who apparently must've had some special Rita privileges. At the very least the person inside could've just apologized and told us that they're closed instead of pretending like we didn't see them by shutting the blinds. So maybe instead of making people find out that your location is closed by making the trip to your location, I strongly suggest that you change the hours listed for your business because that is a sure way to lose potential customers.
