the girl the helped us was so kind and patient with us. also she saw us standing at the soda machine for a little while and asked what was wrong, i mentioned that the soda tased a bit flat and she immediately fixed the problem. so helpful !

I honestly would leave a 0- star if I could. I placed an online order for my child’s birthday party. 2 xl pizzas and 40 wings. The order was placed days before her party. Day of- they call me stating they no longer have wings and have cancelled my order entirely. I ask why didn’t they call me before hand, as I would have substituted the wings with other items. The manager snaps “that just policy”. Having worked in the restaurant industry myself, the situation was handled completely inappropriately and the manager was extremely rude. To top it all off- this was nearly 2 weeks ago and I am STILL waiting on my refund from this place. Had to place a dispute charge with my bank after being promised twice they would call me back about this issue. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!

This place is has horrible service. the guy at the front with the slick back hair denied me service cause I was wondering how long it took to make a pizza. Me: how long does the pizza take Slick back grease ball: it’s pizza it take a while! Me: relax man it’s just pizza. Grease ball: keep it up and you won’t get any pizza.
Me: I don’t need it anymore
I get the guy might have been having a bad day and all and I also get the customer isn’t always right. But you shouldn’t be rude to customers.

Have never had a problem with this crew. Food is consistent,fast and tasty. Will always be my first choice for mall Italian food when I come to the Middletown Crystal run mall.

My everything slice was mixed up with another customer's mushroom slice, and I caught it, but the guy let her take mine anyway. Then he throws some peppers on a sausage slice and tells me it's the same thing I asked for. Like I didn't know what I had just ordered a few minutes ago? Don't pay until you get your food!
