SOME of the kids here don't take their job seriously. I'd hate to name names. But overall even management has lost their quality. How can anyone do their job right if there's no leadership and serving watered down drinks. If you order a large drink please put the right amount of product in instead of ice and water.

Can't explain in words how good the smoothies are. Such polite and very friendly customer service and the employees staffed here. Yehudit was AWESOME! Really hard to find such friendly people in such a busy and hectic place. Not to mention my wife and I absolutely loved the smoothies they made. Cleanly store, bright and tasty atmosphere that exudes healthiness and well being. Yes we will definitely be back!!!

The acai berry sorbet at the bottom of the bowl tasted like an old refrigerator! Yuck. All the fruit had been previously frozen. Not terrible, but not fresh. And they charged $1.00 more than the price that was listed inside the store and on the drive thru menu. Refunds for disgusting taste is not their policy. I ate the fruit, but couldn't eat the sorbet part- just too terrible. No refund, but they could make you another. Didn't bother to see if the replacement would taste as bad.

Just came from smoothie king and got my keto berry smoothie. Now I'm going to eat some fish, macaroni and cheese and yams and then drink my smoothie later on tonight after watching FBI, FBI international FBI most wanted.Great service tonight

Bad service they are overwhelmed when more than one person is in the the store. Takes for ever and they only take twenty dollar bill or smaller.

Order a strawberry banana smoothie- it came out purple. When I said it wasn't what I order they made me another. However, then they gave me a peanut butter smoothie which clearly wasn't the write color either. Then they just added strawberry and bananas to the peanut butter smoothie. Tastes like I'm sucking on peanut butter. Big fan of smoothie king but just not this site.

The drive-thru service was the worst experience. I usually go in but this time I wanted to try the drive-thru. The smoothie was horrible and not what I wanted. I should have went back but I just threw it out. I rate the drive- thru experience 0.5/10

I frequent this location a lot and the service here is amazing. This crew deserves all the stars. Everyone is so incredibly friendly and polite. Smoothies and bowls are always prepared with care and taste great. You definitely get the chick-fil-a kind of hospitality here

Smoothie King makes the best smoothies of any of the franchises out there. But their policy of not accepting a bill larger than $20 is completely unacceptable. They are making it clear that they are eliminating accepting cash as payment. So I need help from all of you in boycotting all smoothie kings and find a franchise that will take your cash. Because if you let them (wealthy people who control our lives) take cash away from us they will have complete and total control over what you can and cannot do. Don't let them. TO THE SMOOTHIE KING EMPLOYEE WHO WISHES TO REBUT THIS... You don't need to sit here and tell us a lie about how accepting less cash makes your employees more safe because then the store won't get robbed... Or any other ridiculous reason.... The truth is the truth and we know it.

First of all, do not order online. You need to either come into the store or up to the drive-thru to order your items. Online gives you a different price than they charge. When I came to the store spoke to the mgr, he told me that they would give me what was taken online which was $75 and I was suppose to get free drinks up to that price but then told staff give me the 20oz. which was never told to me. I came again on Friday to order large drinks and was given small, which when I ordered large, they upcharge to xxlarge, which I did not receive. Their drinks are great, but when they make mistakes, the customer pays the price.The lack of communication is crazy....great drinks though. The atmosphere is clean.

Honestly they make the best smoothies I ever had, everyone in there is so hard working and polite. And their smoothie bowls are delicious. We need one in Monticello ?.
