They have advertising on the side of their building offering "Wacky Wednesday" for kids to get a meal for $1.99. But they say they don't offer it and won't honor the advertisement.

Went through the drive thru during half off slushies... HO boy I don't recommend coming here during ANY promotion. We ordered ahead with the app.

1. A whole line of cars were waiting for the drive thru. No one moved at all from the speaker for 20 minutes.

2. The lady on the speaker was so frazzled she kept shouting that she's unable to help anyone for at least 10 minutes.

3. Can't get a refund on the app so we had to wait

4. When we got to the window she gave us the wrong order intentionally because the other machine broke.

Absolute CHAOS.

We waited in the drive in after pushing the red button for 15 min. I then pushed the button again and waited another 10 min with no response. We then got on the drive through line and it was not moving. I looked inside and did not see any staff. We left after 40 minutes of no service-----Follow Up: They offered me a free drink if i downloaded the app, and promised me that someone would reach out via email. No one reached out

This has been my third visit to this Sonic . My confusion is the food is great but the eating area and wait time were awful . None of the tables were clean . I cleaned our table . We waited in the eating area for 10 minutes before I knocked on the door into the kitchen twice before someone came out to take our order. The carhop , Muhammad A was pleasant . We waited 22 minutes for our food . Management and I mean upper management needs to come to this site for a BIG DO OVER

Today my friends and I went to this location. We ordered food and ate there. We thought the food tasted great. However, as we were cleaning up, I was putting my garbage in the bag and picked up a used bandaid. It was attached to the bottom of my food. I’m not sure if it was on my actual food or the package but I was disgusted. The bandaid was definitely used… it was a fabric bandaid, looked like it had been worn for a while, was frayed and nasty… My friends went to the guy who took our order. He came to our table and then went to the back. When he came back, all he said was “no one had a cut back there.” We said that we weren’t sure where the bandaid was and all he said was “I’m sorry this happened.” Next he asked is if we wanted MORE FOOD!…. No. We ate. We don’t want more food. Thanks. He said nothing else and we just threw everything out and walked out.

First off there’s no carhops. Second, there was hair in my food. Third the food was just very mediocre, I usually love sonic but the cheese in the cheddar peppers didn’t feel melted when I ate it. The hotdogs were extremely soggy and luke warm. When I found the first hair I pulled it out, I debated eating the hot dog because I was like “it’s just hair”… then I found a second piece. My partner ate his and immediately says “that’s the worst hotdog I’ve ever eaten, I’d rather a dollar street dog in the city”

There's a fun selection of drinks here which is great. I'm deducting one star because it always takes a really long time at the drive through, even if there's only 1 car ahead of you. But it's worth the wait

I When inside to pickup the order they told me i have to go pickup the delivery thru the drive thru . I don't understand if they can't make the order why they even providing a delivery service.

Would not go here they have roaches, took forever to take our order, took two sips of my ocean water, and realized hey there is a bug in my cup and I opened lid and realized it was a roach. !!!!! My husband ordered a chili dog got not chili.
