This lady was miserable. She gave me an attitude because I asked for a cup of ice, I love your ice. I love to chew it! I overheard her tell some lady she couldn’t use drive through because she ordered “in store” You never know what people are going through, but jeeze take a mental health day if you need it.

I ordered a chai latte and there was basically no chai at all. Such a simple order and I’m disappointed, they weren’t busy either. Nice people, $7 tho 👎

Usually it's pretty nice. Sometimes the drive thru can be rough. For example, today I was told I did not tell the cashier that I wanted to use the stars. I confirmed with my passenger that I did say it lol. However, expect this always because they are multitasking.
Also I was given the wrong food. So that was fun. Thought people paid more for Starbucks for the service. Haha.

I go to starbucks everyday. I feel like alot of the time over the past couple weeks the coffee is NOT what it should be. I get the same drink EVERYDAY and I feel like when it is made by someone other than Shay or Aaliyah (sorry if I spelled it wrong) it isn't made good. This morning my coffee was so strong that I got sick and threw up when I drank it. I'm not sure what is happening to this starbucks, my coffee used to be flawless everyday.
Im a little upset that ,at 8 dollars , my coffee is NOT GOOD. I dont go at a busy time so that can't be an excuse.......and anytime I mention to the barista that my coffee wasn't good the morning before I get oh, sorry that has happened....

The staff is very unwelcoming, the service is extremely subpar. I waited 43 mins for a coffee and a pastry. Ridiculous simply put.
ABSOLUTELY The WORST!!! Slow service!! Total confusion Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional NO NO LEADERSHIP!!!
They are more I in the mobile orders instead of the customers at the store waiting

This starbucks is great if you go through the drive thru. Fast, efficient, friendly. But if you do a mobile order or order inside, be prepared to wait. They prioritize the drive thru. Saw several drinks lined up for the drive thru, but saw several people waiting inside for their mobile orders. If you go here, just do drive thru. Unless you want to chill inside and have the time to wait, go for it. The inside is very nice and clean.

Ordered a drink, staff was friendly however they didn’t let customers know that the wait would be over 30 minutes for a drink. Staff was working diligently but it would be nice to know how long it will be therefore you can decide if you still want to order.

Ordered two of the Tropical energy drinks, and both tasted awful. Like watered down or barely steeped tea. Disappointing considering I spent almost 20$ on them.
