Slowest service of any Starbucks I’ve ever been to. With a line 9 people deep, one of the employees took their break. Had to wait 1/2 for my order. Placement of the store by the entry way to both the mall and target makes it a super crowded spot.

Shay is the best barista.
Hands on work ethic.
she collected all the whipped cream up to the rim without even spilling a drop.
She Sent me on my way with a lovely smile.

Zero expediting. Hot tea or a drip coffee waits behind drinks that take 2-3 minutes each to prepare.

I had another great experience at Starbucks, and I wanted to leave a review especially after getting the free cup from the app a few weeks ago. Starbucks always runs fun promotions, but this one was one of my favorites. The cup was actually really good quality — sturdy, nice design, and definitely not the cheap type of freebie you forget about. I’ve been using it almost every day since.
This location has always been solid for me. The staff is friendly, they move the line quickly, and the drinks come out consistent almost every time. Whether I order ahead on the app or walk in, I never have any issues. They’ve definitely mastered that balance of being fast while still making everything the right way.
The store is clean, organized, and usually has a nice atmosphere even when it gets busy. I appreciate how easy they make the whole experience, from ordering to pickup. And the app makes everything even smoother — collecting stars, getting rewards, and grabbing that free cup was super simple.
Overall, this Starbucks continues to be my go-to spot. Great drinks, great staff, and the bonus of freebies like that cup just makes it even better. Definitely a well-deserved 5 stars.

The Starbucks inside Target stores don't taste a good as their stand alone coffee shops.
It was a busy Sunday, ans it took quote a while for our order to come out. The staff was polite.

This place is not consistent with its hours bc they’re been a few times I’ve been here later in the evening looking for a caffeine fix but the lights are all off and not a soul to be found. Then there’s the days when they are open and they have one woman doing garbage duty and the other taking orders and making them at the same time making the lines snake all the way to target restrooms. Something doesn’t seem quite right about this place. Hopefully management steps in and does some ya out it bc paying $5 for an iced coffee and getting this kind of service is absolutely unacceptable!

I hate to be blunt with my review but this place was genuinely terrible, the atmosphere was pretty clean except for the employees phones on the counters. the service was awful the moment i walked in there, i greeted the staff, was met with a nasty look after i interrupted her phone time, and a “are you ready to order” as the service continued i was nothing but kind to the staff despite the introduction yet again i was met with very poor service? i simply walked over to the pick up counter to wait for my drink and she saw i was over there and still placed it in front of her on the front counter and did not say a single word or looked up at me, again, she went on her phone so i walked over, picked it up and told her to have a great day and she looked up and then looked back down at her phone. i started drinking the matcha and it still had a lot of matcha clumps and it had a black hair in it… pretty much was a waste of 6.54, crazy how you can spend that much on a small drink and still get terrible service and a disgusting drink lol!

This place doesn't deserve any stars. I went there just now and asked for a grande iced lavender oatmilk matcha, and the guy working there made the matcha in a blender. Right away, I knew he did NOT know what he was doing. I asked him, wasn't that matcha supposed to be made in a shaker cup? and he said no. I worked in Starbucks for 2 years, and I was never trained to make matcha in a blender, only if I make a matcha Frappuccino. He threw me off when he started pouring the milk in a blender... just like when I ordered the blackberry sage drink with lemonade, he didn't even put it into a shaker cup to shake it, as well as the chocolate croissant. I asked for it warm and he left the oven paper inside of the desert bag. Whoever trained him needs to train him again because he honestly didn't know what he was doing back there.

On Tuesday, April 15 around 5:15 PM, I walked up to the Starbucks inside Target. I wasn’t greeted, which didn’t bother me too much—I just went ahead and placed my coffee order. I asked a simple question while I was pulling up my Starbucks app, and the barista asked me something about a Target membership. I told her I didn’t have one, and instead of clearly explaining anything, she just kept repeating, “Not now, not now, not now.”
The thing is—I wasn’t even at the payment step yet. I was still in the process of opening my Starbucks app to scan for points, so I wasn’t looking at the payment screen at all. I had no idea what she was talking about. Rather than saying something helpful like, “If you don’t have a Target card, just hit ‘not now’ on the screen,” she just kept repeating herself in a rude and dismissive tone.
The interaction was so unpleasant that I ended up walking away before my mouth said something I’d regret. I was just looking for a little pick-me-up, and instead I left feeling frustrated and honestly disgusted by the lack of basic courtesy and customer service.

Shaken Expresso tasted like whatever flavored syrup they use, no Expresso taste what's so ever. Cup was barely filled up. Avoid this place !

When I went in they were closing one of the girls working told me they were closed. Another customer walked in after me and a different girl working took their order and gave them a free drink. I have been to location many times and familiar with the staff. I believe this girl was new since I didn’t recognize her. I think it is unacceptable that I wasn’t able to be severed and this person was.

Stopped here yesterday during the day for a drink, the younger lady who took our order was friendly. They're busy here so I'm aware it can be stressful. When we got my drink I realized I didn't get a straw. We're from Pennsylvania and I know straw laws are different in other places. My husband went up to ask for a straw, saying excuse me to another customer who was waiting for her drink. The older woman asks "can I help you?" almost my like husband was bothering her, not supposed to be there. She may not have realized he had just ordered a drink and received it, you know a customer. He says yes do you have straws, she's like yeah, he says could I have one please...completely matching her rude, bad attitude with opposite. She takes a straw, goes right past him and when he goes to take it says "wait a second, this isn't for you" and hands it to the other customer...listen, I get it. She may think my husband was feeling "entitled" to get his straw, for his drink, that he ordered, before this other customer but that's an inside issue for her. If she reads this she might know exactly what I'm talking about, or she doens't and she's just a rude old lady working at a Starbucks in the mall (nothing wrong with that) and feeling like crapping on other people. We had no problem waiting for a straw but make points on your own time. Whatever moment she was having came across weird, rude and just dumb. Congratulations on trying to prove point and looking stupid. The coffee was pretty watered down.
