This place is great, on weekdays. The staff on the weekdays are absolutely incredible. As soon as the weekend hits especially to wait, have rude customer service and get more than half of your order wrong. I, at this point, stock up on Friday to cover the weekend to avoid the issues that arise dealing with their weekend staff.

We visited this Starbucks location on a Sunday and had a very disappointing experience. The store was unable to maintain adequate staffing, which resulted in the café being completely closed, leaving only the drive-thru in operation. Customers with mobile orders were instructed to wait in the lengthy drive-thru line simply to retrieve their purchases, which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead for convenience.

When I attempted to pick up my order at the door, the employees ignored customers and refused to unlock the entrance, offering no explanation or alternative solution. This lack of communication and disregard for customer service created unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. It reflects poorly on the management of this location and makes it difficult to rely on this store for timely service.

I had to throw away the sandwiches because it was like chewing on rubber, no flavor just salt. And the drinks? Straight up Awful. They were just steamed milk and sugar, no hint of the flavors I requested. To make matters worse, the manager blamed it on DoorDash instead of taking accountability and saying the workers will improve when I shared my compliants. I have been to Starbucks in other states and had always received great service, so to experience such incompetence like this is very disappointing. 😔

The drinks and food are normally
Good here and that’s why we go
To this one normally but one night I went there and I got some ice waters and when I went to the window the lady goes “never come through my drive thru again”
Now it was sort of in a joking way but joking or not that was extremely rude and off putting and not something to stay to customers. Especially when I spend a lot of money on Starbucks all the time in fact I spend at least 20 bucks each time I go. I wish I could say this is the only time I’ve had a bad experience with service and staff but it’s not just today I went there and asked if they had a food item and the person at the window was extremely rude and off
Putting she just went “no.” In a rude tone when I asked if they had it like oh okay. It depends on who you get but I believe half the staff should get trained on customer service because they don’t know anything about it.

Avoid this location, go the the one in Orange Plaza, order is never ready, takes forever and wait is for nothing b/c taste like I could have made it at home.

Whoever makes the coffee needs to get TRAINED AGAIN. Caramel Bru latte is not REGULAR COFFEE. We are paying to received what we order. I got coffee with milk.
