I Dont know where the morning young black girl went but that's a loss The older lady that is supposedly a manager is rude and nasty and the staff after 5 in evening is very rude being from where stewarts started and always doing all my business at strwarts I can say that this location does not represent Stewarts at all I don't know where that young girl in the am that was always by yourselves went but find her get her back I know you have cameras can you not see the nasty going on I just was there and they were openly swearing and bitching

idk who the girl that was slinging ice cream on december 19th at 9:20 pm 2025 but she was so rude and acted like she was inconvenienced by us being there. When we asked to try something she rolled her eyes and made faces and had an attitude the entire time.

December 2, 2025 at 8:15am after a long overnight shift at the hospital, I was disrespectful yelled at by a Stewart’s cashier named “Love”, even other customers noticed the cashier’s lack of costumer service and patronage. I’d like to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received. The cashier’s tone and attitude made me feel disrespected. I believe all customers deserve patience and courtesy, and I hope this issue is addressed moving forward. Stewart location: Crystal run road Middletown NY 10941

Your management has to stop, leaving one cashier by themselves to handle a whole line of people. This place can never be a grab and go type place the way it is now. You’re going to be grabbing and then waiting a whole lifetime to get what you need. Invest in a self check out kiosk like your competitors have.

Only reason I’m giving 3 stars is for the lady in the store right now doing her thing! It is a Monday morning and she is alone! What the heck?! Checking in vendors and ringing out customer flawlessly! She needs a raise! I don’t know her name but it’s Monday 9/22 at 8:40am. She’s a valuable loyal employee, treat her right!!

One of the cleanest ice cream shops I've ever been in. I am so excited about the new addition and love going there on my lunch. Manager is excellent and the staff is incredibly kind. Very accommodating.
