Went here at 5:40pm to grab food. They told me they closed. When I checked online, the closing time is at 6:30pm. They closed almost an hour earlier than usual. Sucks because subway is pretty much the only healthy(ish) option at the food court. Seems like they were just rushing to leave.

Nick and Chris at this location are just wonderful! They deliver fast service with a smile. They make the customer feel like family and at the same time are quick and accurate with the sandwich making. I came to the mall with my father who is a little eccentric and I am often nervous about how his odd conversation will be received, when we stopped at subway my father was treated so very kindly.

There seemed to be questionable knowledge of the menus. I got a signature wrap, fountain and chips. The wrap tastes slightly above average. Fountain drink was ok. The chips I took for the ride home. Customer service seemed almost like they were afraid to be rude to me. Overall I will probably stop by again in the future at some point.

My grandchild ordered a foot long ham sandwich this evening. When she bit into it she immediately complained that the sandwich didn't taste right. She said the mayonnaise tasted weird. We took the sandwich back and the two workers didn't know how to provide a refund :(. They finally gave a refund a few mins later. We went to another Subway nearby and found that we were also over charged for the same sandwich ordered at the Galleria in Middletown NY. Never again!

Your employees need to be trained. It's obvious they were slapped in with no training. They dont know Subways "signature recipes" and completely mangle wraps..

Never again and watch what they charge you!!!!They overcharged us by $10. They charged us $3 for a toy that was not in there, a value meal we did not order and a kids meal that should have been $5.95 was over $9. When we addressed the issue they gave us the run around until we made them call a manage and told us to come back. Before that they ran out of food and didn't have all their options available. Our meal should have been $27 but they charged us $37.
They raised their prices on the kids menu, but they also made the sandwich half the size. So they are cutting the half into another half, and your only getting 1/4 of the bread. My daughter wanted a sandwich with salami and tomatoes, and it was two pieces of meat, one salami and one pepperoni, and half a tomato. She went back to the counter to show them they gave her a pepperoni, and they pulled the pepperoni off with thongs and put it back, and they put the second piece of salami on. Really they couldn't throw out one tiny slice or let her keep it, the sandwich was handled by a customer, they should have never put it back! I now understand how another reviewer got food poisoning.

After coming in from a quiet day for Uber yesterday, a friend invited m and my brother to visit them at the Galleria at Crystal Run- but after they brought me something back from another place elsewhere, I decided that this stuff just wasn't enough, and decided to stop in here for a snack (chips and drink). But when after waiting in line for two other people ahead of me, I knew I didn't have much money on me and I knew exactly what I could afford. I didn't know which chips they had available - the tray that was supposed to hold the chips held none at all - were all in back with the register clerk (ok). Surprising they had a chip I wanted, I instead said another type of chip that I liked. Asked and received the chip. I mentioned that I was looking for the smallest soda size, and although they had all cup types, it was hard to tell which size was their smallest. The only problem I really had there, was the one beverage I desperately was looking for, they were out of stock with - Sprite. Instead, I had to opt-in to picking up Root Beer. After my purchase, I noticed the employee step into the back so he couldn't be seen. Not sure why, but whatever. My mother came past to order what is on most Subway menus (yogurt), but with everything together, chose not to buy anything and looked into other things at other places in this mall. Not the most pleasant of orders to order, but for the purpose it was serving, it got the quick job done, and I was happy. Not too sure I'd be back soon if given the chance.
