Hi my names Jake and I went to sweet frog a couple of weeks ago and when I did the yogurt was great but when I went there was one worker who I think was new because I only saw her recently and I’ve lived in Middletown all my life and she was doing everything while her co worker was sitting in the back doing nothing and leaving her to do everything I loved everything minus the fact that some co workers seem to be lazy while others give it their best.

It's a a straight forward ice cream shop with various toppings, past reviews below, to me, seem a little entitled, this is a place is definitely somewhere a lot of parents take their kids and overall has a cute look to it

I just got there at 9:25 on a Saturday which they have a sign saying they close at 9:30. My daughter is having a bad birthday bc her friends didn’t show up to her party and she was crying all the way home from the castle fun center. I said let me peddle to the metal and get sweet frog for my little angle but they decided to close 5 minutes early. And now she is so devastated that she said hates me and I’m a terrible daddy and now I have to listen to her scream and cry all night until I can get her sweet frog at 12pm when they open again tomorrow.

At the register I was paying with a debit card, And they are asking me if I want To leave a tip. My question is, what am I tipping for????. My purchase was to go.And it's not like they went and got my ice cream. I certainly understand tipping when I go out to eat in a restaurant. People are serving people are cleaning up after you. But this is getting ridiculous that everyone expects to get tipped for their job.
I rarely give anyone 5 stars but Sweetfrog in Middletown is the best. Great service, quality and SO clean! Kudos Sweetfrog!
