The staff at the reservation desk was not helpful in providing updates, and there was no system for finding people whose tables were ready. The restaurant should use technology to improve the process and service level.

This was my first time at Tao and I been wanting to come here for years. The experience was nothing short of exceptional. The place is gorgeous, ambiance was just right and the service was top notch. Everything was prompt, yet we never felt rushed or as if anyone hovered over us. The food was some of the best we've ever had. The Lobster and Kimchee Rice nearly made me cry and my partner's Orange Chicken was amazing. The value for the experience was worth and the portion sizes were great. The only thing I will say is the bathroom attendants were nice but unnecessary and it makes the experience awkward. I also think having tip jars is one thing, but having the attendant point to it felt egregious and they should have a chat with them about that. No one should be solicited for money in the bathroom for a service that's not needed. I think everyone can get to the toilet and wash their hands just fine.

We love Tao in Vegas and this location has almost the same menu. We enjoyed the sesame chicken special. Outstanding flavor.
We were disappointed this time. It's usually great but the dragon tail ribs were not as good as usual. My entree tasted different and unfortunately not for the better. My partner felt the same way about his meal as well. Maybe a new chef? I don't know but it was disappointing.

We have eaten at Tao many times over the years and loved it. The food is consistently good but it seems the portions are smaller and the prices are higher. Two of us had an appetizer each and shared one entree, plus one tea and lemonade, no alcohol. The bill was $150. for lunch. Crazy. We'll be looking for a new lunch spot. Seems a lot of restaurants are overcharging and I hate feeling ripped off and leaving hungry.
