Food is very spicy which I like. It is Shechuan/Hunan. Ad such can be very oily. I eat it but don't much care for touch oil. They don't have a lunch menu. The dinner portions don't have enough protein to be worth $5 dollars more than other Chinese restaurants. At the end of the day, either you like it or not. I come there sporadically because I like their hot and sour soup which is very peppery.

The food here is really tasty. We’ve been here several times now and always find new flavors to enjoy from the menu. The ingredients are fresh. The smoky flavor is skillful. We love this place!

Uf, the food here was rough. We were SO excited to come here because we had heard it was authentic Szechuan, but the three dishes we tried were just as flabby and nondescript as the stuff you find in a mall foodcourt. Everything was overcooked, the sauces were really bland, and the egg rolls were so greasy the oil was literally pooling up and pouring everywhere (even after we towel-dried them!). We only ordered veggie and seafood dishes, and the woman who took our order expressed great disdain for anything not containing chicken/pork/beef, so perhaps they just don't put any effort into their non-meat dishes. Very sad, we were really ready to love this place. :(

This place has great food. It has a mixture of authentic Chinese food and your basic American Chinese food. The service was good and the waitress was very nice. This is now my favorite Chinese restaurant in Middletown.

I would give this restaurant a one-star review, but the food was not good but not bad either. Passable. The biggest reason for the two-star review is the owner/waitress. We arrived at an empty restaurant, with no one to greet or seat us. We said, "Hello?"and a voice in the back said they'll be right out. Took about 15 mins before that said voice came to seat us. We had a party of 8, and instead of seating at an appropriately sized table, the owner sat us at the corner smaller table. She, the owner, was pretty rude and abrupt. We had 4 kids with us under 6 years old. We brought the kids' water bottles, and she said they're not supposed to bring those into the restaurant, and we should put them away. Yet when we asked for cups of water for them, she only gave to the adults and told us to share water with them. The ordering process felt like a hassle. You have to say exactly what is written on the menu, or she said she doesn't know what you are ordering. My friend ended up speaking her language, Mandarin, yet my friend said she was still pretty rude and condescending. Also, forget about trying to get anything extra like water refill, napkins, or utensils. Just the disdain and the pissed off look she gave us was just... unbelievable. We live in New York City, and we've never experienced anything like this. Despite all this, we still gave her a 20% tip because we get it. It's hard for a local restaurant to survive. But we will never, ever come back here because of that dining experience. Memorable but definitely not the good kind.

Place was not my usual kind of place and I could take it or leave it but my daughter loved it. It is out in the middle.of nowhere.

Tasty Food. They actually have pork Buns and Crispy Duck which you can't really find up here. Their steamed dumplings and PF Rice however don't have the same flavor you would traditionally find. Just a heads up on that. Good food. Highly recommend scallion pancakes. Take out takes long btw.

Our first time here wasn't a good experience. We ordered three entrees to share. The house rice and the house lo mein came out first. The chicken dish was brought out 20 minutes later!! We thought they forgot, but was told there was only one cook. The portions were small and the service terrible. I would never recommend this place and surely won't be back.

I never thought there’d be Chinese food like this up in Orange County. The food was great and the prices are very reasonable. This is not your regular “beef with broccoli” spot. The food is very authentic, but like I said, REALLY good.

My boyfriend celebrated his birthday at the restaurant last week, and was extremely happy about every dish and the super nice owner. He said he will remember this meal for a long time and will definitely come back. Best Chinese restaurant in Orange county.

We just went for the first time today and it was amazing! The owner is super friendly as well! We tried everything lol!... of course we took it home for later but it all looked so good that we wanted to try it all! I definitely would recommend this place. Everything is made from scratch and you can tell!
