I have stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott several times during my travel for work and have had a great experience every time. Barbara who works the front is ALWAYS smiling and friendly. She checks me in quick and helps out with any additional questions I might have. The rooms have always been clean, and I have never had any issues.

Well- it’s 3:08, still waiting for a room. Requested two rooms, adjoining.I have been here since 1:00 p.m. Check in is at 3. We have a wedding in 1 1/2 hours. Totally unprepared for all these people - apparently 3 weddings this weekend. The GM would be better served actually helped the cleaning staff-. Incredibly bad service. The front desk guys are trying but it’s so unfair to them.

Bathroom floor hadn’t been cleaned. Urine spray all around toilet. No notice that housekeeping service was by request only. We booked for 4 people but upon check in there were only beds for 3. only one person working front desk. She told us hotel was full but we later heard her offering rooms to others.

We stayed at this Marriott while in town for a wedding. From check in to check out we had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Maria at The Bistro was wonderful. The rooms were spacious. The bed was extremely clean as were the pillows. The lobby was very well appointed. We enjoyed our evenings sitting outside by the fire pit. Overall the hotel and staff were wonderful. Such a great stay. If you’re looking for a great hotel in this area I would highly recommend this Marriott

After several hotel stays, our visit to this property was a welcome relief. Check in was a breeze, we found our room spotlessly clean and comfortable. We stopped downstairs for a drink and found a group of very loud contractors in the lobby with the same idea. Also, a sign announced a wedding had been held and the guests were staying at this hotel. Thankfully, our room was quiet all night. We are members of the hotel chain's club and made requests pertaining to our room. Unlike several other chains, our requests were honored. Thank you! This property is recommended.

We stayed over a three-day weekend for a wedding. The staff and courteous, the rooms clean and smelled nice - no musty or moldy smells nor the solvents often used to cover them up. The mattress, pillows, and linens were a great way to start and end our stay. Close to shopping, a casino, and other local resorts. My ONLY disappointment was from the tiny pool (4' at the deep end) the size of a large hot tub. We also enjoyed the outdoor patio and gas fire pit and convenient bar, coffee shop and nearby restaurants. We'll be back!

Do yourself a favor and book anywhere else. By far the worst Marriott stay I've had as a Titanium Bonvoy Member. POSTIVES: 1) Price, 2) Location (Close to Highway, the Mall, and Restaurants) NEGATIVES: 1) Understaffed: On a long weekend with a wedding party staying, they had one person at check-in resulting in ridiculously long line and wait time (upwards of 15-20 minutes) 2) Very rude and racial biased check -in staff: The one person at check-in seemed bothered to be doing their job. Not even so much as a "hello or welcome". They also would not acknowledge my Titanium status, giving me no option of points or breakfast credit (until prompted), despite having done so for the white couple ahead of us, who were of a lower Bonvoy status. When I inquired, I was given an excuse that because I checked in online, I was not be given an option to choose a welcome gift (which is BS). 3) Bistro Hours a Joke: Don't bother going for the breakfast/meal credit. The Bistro seemed to never be open and the one time I saw anyone there, they were just counting cash and were quick to say closed and unwilling to even provide alternatives for a cup of coffee.

We had a conference room for an election celebration that was prepared beautifully. All the staff was kind and helpful. The bartender accommodated us with a late evening. Our suite was fantastic, with a lovely sitting area outside.

Needs updating. Internet is slow. No access to smart TV / Netflix (no one watches regular TV anymore). No one at the front desk answers calls. Good thing there wasn’t an emergency!

The check in process and room were fine. But the new management here needs to controls its quests better. Fourth floor reeks of skunky weed, so much so I had to put a towel down against the door to keep the stink out. Witnessed late night party people using the courtyard as a bathroom. Idk why people can’t be decent. Can’t wait to checkout and never come back.

Was a little concerned before arriving here due to the series of past negative reviews, however, our experience could not be faulted. The hotel is centrally located just off the freeway and has a couple of places to eat locally. Checkin was faultless, our room was perfect located at the rear of the building so no noise. The room was large and well appointed with king bed and sofa. The room was spotless with all furnishings in good order. The bed provided a great sleep. The bathroom was also large with an over bath shower. With enough towels and essentials. The bathroom was again spotless. And showed no sign of deterioration. Overall, this was a great two night stay.
