What a wonderful little deli! We got subs for dinner - both we delicious! The bread is so fresh and the amount of meat in each sub was very generous! We also tried the potato salad which is as close to my homemade as I’ve ever purchased from a deli. We’re looking forward to trying more items as the salads all look very fresh and delicious.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After reading the reviews, we decided to get subs for dinner as the weather is so humid..The gentleman behind the counter (Tom?) was so friendly and pleasant. We looked around and saw the salads, potato, macaroni, pasta, beans looked extremely fresh. We also got 1/2 pound of potato salad. My turkey sub was absolutely delicious! The bread is so fresh and the amount of meat is very generous! Hubby got an Italian mixed and he said his was just as good. The potato salad was as close to my homemade as I've ever had purchased from a deli. There's also a great selection of deli meat you can purchase. It's a great little store/deli and we will definitely be making this place our go to for subs!!

This is not a dine in deli. Tom's market is good for someone who wants to get some baked beans,potato or macaroni salad, and / or sub. Tom has been in business a long time,so he knows how to get you in and out quick. This is a good go to deli with a picnic vibe.

I've been ordering subs from Tom's Market for many years. I've always been extremely happy with my order. However, last week I ordered 3 subs and when we arrived home to eat them, 2 of them were not made as ordered. My sub did not have mayo or onions as requested and hardly any oil and vinegar. My grandsons sub had tomatoes when I clearly stated no tomatoes. Our order was taken from a middle aged employee. She was friendly and courteous but didn't fill the order as she had written on the ticket. She wrote down the order as I placed it but must have rushed the order because she didn't fill the order as she written it as I ordered it. Well, it is as it is but I won't place an order over the phone again. I'll walk in and place my order face to face and only if Tom or his family members are there to fill my order. Just saying....

Was told best roast beef in Middletown. Ordered 2 heros. Man behind counter slicing the meat. Thought I was getting medium rare beef. Instead got over cooked beef, previously sliced old meat. Returned days later, don't live in area. I complained about sandwiches. Tom replied "Come back next week". I replied I am not coming back! He opened cash register and handed me a Twenty.Lost my trust in this place.

They were awful..said I can not return my car to their location. Even though my Daughter had inquired earlier through customer care and was told there was no problem. I know it could have been brought there even though I got the car from Westchester airport..and they were given advanced notice. I was told there is possible way I can bring that as back there.I spoke with people at the 800 number and how I am being charged an extra $300 for change of location..and I wasn't able to use the car 3 days after I came to NY cause I was suffering with covid .and was in the hospital 10 days ..in serious condition..and my son would use it to pick up prescriptions and other medical needs I have.,I am still on oxygen and my heart rate is unstable..that was bad enough and I have this budget major stress to deal with. This location and their customer service did not do right by me. I will never use them again.
