I’m trying to understand why the food is always cold. I live a minute away from this place so it shouldn’t be getting that cold from the drive home. The nuggets and fries are fine it’s always the burger

Not at all accommodating. It is fri-yay and I meant to order two large French fries but got two small ones by accident because I was rushing which is my own mistake. However, the cashier wouldn't let me pay the difference to make it a large/buy one get one and wouldn't let me get another small French fry or something for free (Fri-yay= FREE ANY size fry) but she kept telling me she didn't have the technology to adjust the price or ring it in... smh... It really isn't a big deal when they waste food left and right.. Customer service has really gone down the tubes. Corporations like Wendy's/McDonald's/etc waste MUCH more than a small French fry per day when they toss stuff out during and at the end of the day so 🤷 A resolution would have been nice but instead I couldn't pay the difference all I could do was buy another fry...

The manager is extremely unpleasant taking orders through the drive through, I had two encounters that were not pleasant. When I spoke to the head manager there she did not acknowledge my concern instead informed me that this staff actually always gets compliments and for me to have a nice night. This is extremely dismissive and not a great way to even hear someone’s concern. Both leaders require a retraining of costumer service.

The manager that was on today (10/11) during lunch was extremely rude and unpleasant. She is a short Asian or Hispanic lady with short black hair. I explained to her that the drive thru line was all the way out to the road so I came inside and she was just really nasty and told me that I can wait outside on the line because they are busy inside as well. One of the younger workers ended up helping me and really nice.

Stopped at this location. Was charged $6.00 for a Nationally Advertised $5.00 Biggie Bag. Then was charged $4.99 for a Nationally advertised 6-Piece Chicken Nugget. Then was refused a National Policy of 10% Senior Discount. Do not shop at this location if you are a Senior Citizen. Rude creepy employees and have filed complaints with Wendy's Corporate, as well as the BBB who gives Wendy's as a whole a rating of "F". If I could give this location a negative 5-Star review, I would!
