First time ever at a Wing Stop, came to the one in Middletown, NY. From the moment I walked in Stewart was very patient as I navigated their menu. He explained how the sauces taste and even gave some personal recommendations of his favorites. I’ll definitely be coming back, the food was great and the service was even better. Wingstop has always been one of my favorite spots when I’m craving wings, and the food here really is solid. The flavors are on point — the Lemon Pepper hits exactly how it’s supposed to, and the Spicy Korean is still one of the best sauces any wing place has. The fries were fresh and seasoned well, and everything tasted like it was cooked with care. So food-wise, no complaints at all. They definitely know how to make good wings.
But the wait time… that’s what brought this rating down. We waited way longer than we expected, even after ordering ahead. It felt like the order got pushed aside or something because people who walked in after us were getting their food before we did. When you’ve got kids with you or you’re trying to grab food on a schedule, that extra 20–30 minutes makes a big difference. It just takes the fun out of it.
The staff wasn’t rude or anything — they seemed busy and stressed — but some updates would’ve helped. Even a quick “Hey, it’s running behind” goes a long way.
Overall: great wings, but be prepared for a long wait. If they get the timing under control, it could easily be a 5-star spot.

11/29/25 10:44pm. Nice to know the managers hang up on customers and then pretend they didn’t and get aggressive when you call back 🙃 On top of that it was ready 10 min after it said it would be. Maybe don’t hang up on paying customers 👍

Stewart was an amazing worker, let alone a more amazing human being. He was very friendly and respectful to all customers and coworkers. All workers should strive to be as half as good as Stewart is. Truly a great person and we need more people like him in this world.
