I ordered ahead of time, but they were still 10 minutes late with the order.
The boneless wings were entirely over breaded, and a thick and hard crust. I felt like I was eating store brand frozen chicken bites from an air fryer. The sauce didn't soak in at all and most of it ended up at the bottom of the container. Would not recommend the boneless wings at all. The cheesey fries were pretty good, tho. Overall it wasn't worth the money and I won't be back.

they gave my order to a random person who stole it, then couldn’t help me. they told me to call uber eats who doesn’t have a phone number and refused to remake my order. then when i spoke to the manager he hung up on me. his excuse being i paid uber eats not them they don’t get paid till the end of the week. when it was completely their fault for giving my order to the wrong person. and instead of contacting me or telling my multiple drivers who tried to get my food to cancel it, they waited till i called. they need a better system and a better manager.

First time ever at a Wing Stop, came to the one in Middletown, NY. From the moment I walked in Stewart was very patient as I navigated their menu. He explained how the sauces taste and even gave some personal recommendations of his favorites. I’ll definitely be coming back, the food was great and the service was even better. Great work Wing Stop and Stewart!
