I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Wingstop. This was actually my second visit this week — earlier in the week, I ordered the same exact meal and was very satisfied. Unfortunately, tonight’s experience was completely different, and not in a good way.

I picked up my food and didn’t realize how bad it was until I got home, which made it even more frustrating. My chicken tenders were overcooked and hard, and the fries were so overly seasoned and salty that they were impossible to eat. The quality was nothing like what I had just days before.

I understand it was a busy Friday night, but that’s no excuse for sending out food that’s clearly not up to standard. For the amount I spent, this meal was a huge letdown. I won’t be returning for a while, and I hope Wingstop takes steps to ensure better consistency — especially for loyal customers.

Our first experience has been a disappointing one. We are a business that wanted to call in our order. Apparently, they can’t take an order over the phone for more than $50??
When we arrived to pick up the order, they didn’t have it… What a strange system that the order doesn’t show up till 45 minutes after you place it.
They were supposed to email us a receipt and never did so we had to make a special trip to get that.
We order lunch at work every week, but will not be ordering from here again.

I stopped in for the 1st time due to a Tmobile promotion. When I arrived at the restaurant for my pickup order, the place was slammed. Apparently everyone else was also a Tmobile customer. I was completely impressed with the young man working the counter & the kitchen staff. They had to of been completely overwhelmed, but everyone of them stayed calm, working together. The young man at the counter was very friendly, apologizing profusely for the lateness of everyone's order. He kept everyone updated on their orders. Even offering to help a customer with how to order the promo on their phone. So rarely do I witness excellent customer service like I did today. Great job!

TLDR: the food is great! but never trust the employees know how to correctly fill your bag. It’ll probably be wrong every 1/3 orders. 💀

I’ve eaten here with my husband many times and a very common reoccurring problem is they will forget your food. As I’m typing this, they have forgotten my entire sandwich. And this isn’t the first time this has happened. I’ve gotten lemon pepper wings before when I never ordered it but not the tenders I ordered, I’ve had my large 5$ ranch forgotten about.

On December 7th I went to pick up my mobile order, and was told everything was there multiple times. As I got home and spread the food out 25 minutes away I found that they clearly forgot 20 wings for us. I called Wingstop about this issue and got the run around for 15 minutes until I asked for a manger but ending up speaking to Sean the shift leader who was clueless, helpless, and nasty. All he kept repeating was he would give us a store credit or come back 25 minutes and get the 20 wings. He couldn’t refund us food nor give us any compensation for this horrible experience. He said that he couldn’t speak to the manger, then he said he called him and then said he couldn’t do anything. Then said later in the conversation there is no manger and that there is an assist manger name Jośe who works mornings. I am disappointed in my experience and expect to be treated better.

horrible i ordered online it was done a whole hour and half later this isn’t acceptable 🤦🏽‍♀️ there’s always! a wait time, your customer service time needs to improve. don’t call it fast food if u can’t get it while a couple mins🤦🏽‍♀️

This place takes absolutely forever to come out with there for if your having dine in me and my boyfriend waited 30 minutes to just get our food when the people working are just taking there time and THE PEOPLE WEAR NO GLOVES WHEN MAKING YOUR FOOD SOMEONE GET THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT IN HERE!
