Been here as a doordash driver... Staff constantly doesn't notify when order is ready. They just leave it on a shelf.. Then they lie and said they just put it there.

Sadly this place needs an adult manager to keep this place cleaned up and up to hygiene standards. After having take out from here Saturday my husband has been sick. We both had food but he had the ranch dressing and the mild wings and I didn't. Sad, I enjoy Wing Stop on occasion but not from this location anymore.
After having a slight hiccup with my order the owner reached out and handle it like a true gentleman. The shift lead and manager at location were also very nice to deal with.

I ordered a 15 piece bone in combo with fries and a 10 piece boneless combo. Both half garlic parm and lemon pepper. I was super excited because I had not had Wingstop in a while and my son asked if we could get that tonight. I love the soda dispenser they have which allows for custom mixing of my favorite sodas. I did not wait long at all and brought the food home where I proceeded to unpack everything. The fries were fresh, my son's order was perfect. Then I opened my order and saw 10 pieces of popcorn chicken! My wife said that stinks..oh well. I will have a pb&j sandwich instead. At this point I am angry because she is not upset at all and is ok with having pb&j! I grab the car keys and tell my wife to hold off on that sandwich..I am going back to Wingstop!! I pull in front of Wingstop and go inside where I show them the pictures of the pathetic excuse of wings and proceed to show customers the pictures of the teeny tiny balls of chicken. The woman behind the counter said that is the normal size. I disagreed and advised that it is false advertising stating that these are boneless wings. She offered to make me a new batch, which I accepted. Now I am sure they are giving me some "special" sauce on my new order. I can't give them 1 star because they did make me a new order, but 3 is the max I can give. Now I remember why I never went to Wingstop. Years ago when they first opened, I remember waiting a long time for burnt chicken that was overpriced. My fault for not remembering. I would like to point out though that the young lady who assisted me with my complaint was very professional and did exactly what I would do if I was in her position. She did everything in her power to make it right.

Big John did not likes this one but he had to wait a hour for his food and food tasted like a drug addict blood stream your lucky big John did this the easy way next time he’s gonna do it the hard way and next time he’ll bring Earl and Earl only does the hard
