Excellent food, unfortunately we reached at the most busiest hour, service was a little slow or understaffed.

I am a former NYC resident and lived over 40 years just blocks away from NYC's Chinatown. I have also eaten Chinese food an average of once a week for the past 60 years. When I moved to the Orange / Sullivan County area 20 years ago ,one of my biggest regrets was the poor quality of Chinese food in the area,, that was until I found YouYou. Their food is the closest I've found to Chinatown or the many excellent Chinese restaurants in Brooklyn or Queens. While not perfect[, most of the dishes I've tried there are very good. The service for dine in is also very good. They are about 20 miles away from me but worth the drive. I'm tired of throwing other Chinese food away, at least I know YouYou is worth my time and money.

Finally, I found a great Chinese place in Middletown that reminds me of NYC. The steak teriyaki was amazing, the staff was awesome and I can’t wait to come

Great food and our server was amazing; fast, super friendly and funny. It was my son's birthday, and he was served an ice cream dessert while they sang to him. The place had a fun vibe and was fairly crowded even though it was an off hour. The specialty drinks were good and reasonably priced as was our meals. It was our first time there and we'll be back.

Had to give 1 star to post this. Have not been here in many years and was excited to try it again. Wanted so bad to like this restaurant, but it was just awful. Similar to other reviews. The fried rice was burnt, actually black in some parts. Tasted terrible. Egg drop soup was badly watered down and tasteless. Wifes General Tso chicken was very, very, very spicy, to the point of inedible after couple bites. Just a bad experience and we will never return.

Was excited to come back here after so many years of not visiting but was disappointed. It was just average Chinese food, nothing really spectacular. We were brought cold burnt fried rice and to top it if our waiter was rude and rushed us. On a positive note there was a very nice young man who made everything right, brought hot fresh food and was kind and the drinks were very strong and tasty.
