They've got phenomenal General Tso's Chicken with the perfect touch of spice. Very fast service, as well. Reasonably priced menu items to match great portion sizes. Very friendly, super sweet woman who takes the orders. Far and away my favorite place for Chinese in the Middletown area. Five stars hands down. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ??

I buy 4 chicken wings w fried rice ...10.81. I lost half of 10.81..Wings under cooked so I called and they Said next time wings free..ok no problem..I called and ordered today wings w fried rice combo again w a reminder wings free , ok no problem...Lol, problem is they wanted to give me my order plus 4 more wings for free..I said Im One person I won't eat 8 wings , the person at counter said ok we charge only for rice 9 and some change.. wow..I said why you. Charge me 9 for rice when the combo was 10 ... I didn't order chicken fried rice I ordered combo..You should charge me half of 10.81 not try and get full price for your mistake..I got my fried rice w wings and an order of wings I will give away cause I don't eat 8 wings...Please NEVER think the public is stupid...I lost wings... got extra wings im not gonna eat ..I lost first set of Wings because raw and second wings give away cause too much.8 wings.. you got money ... I lost money and wings..Refund to your advantage not good for customer....All you had to do was charge me half of 10.81Not try and trick me...No excuse on who answer phone ...

They don’t follow directions well and charge for everything under the sun. I called about an incorrect order and they wanted to take the food back to serve someone else. After giving me a hard time about just keeping the food and not fixing the problem. Very disappointing and bad customer service.

We wanted some Chinese food and we were spending the weekend in Middletown New York. We were looking for reviews and saw that this place had decent reviews. It’s a takeout restaurant everything looked clean. My husband enjoy the food. I personally did not like anything. I could taste the corn starch in my chicken and broccoli and the chicken was a bit tough. I also did not like my spring roll, it was very mushy inside. It’s a matter of preference, because my husband did not seem to mind anything. He actually refrigerated my entire meal, that I barely touched and had it for lunch the next day. .

Stopped by on a wim and the place was clean, lady at the counter was pleasant and the food was actually better then other Chinese restaurants in middletown. Will be back.

New China is the only Chinese restaurant I’d eat at in Middletown - very friendly and kind but the best food in the area
Drove past 1000 times not the most attractive on the outside . But finally gave it a shot . Ordered a variety of things . And was very happy with everthing .the food was great portions were very good. And the young lady at counter was very pleasant. I definitely will be going back regularly

They took an hour and 15 minutes to deliver my food . The egg rolls and shrimp rolls were burnt and tasted old as if they were there for days we almost threw up . The lo mein was hard and had no flavor. The chicken and broccoli had a weird taste but as far that everything else tasted ok . Never ordering there again !

My pregnant wife was attempting to induce labor and decided to follow her friends advice of eating chinese take-out.Needless to say, it didn't work for her, but I was more than happy to help. Unfortunately, the food was not flavorful and just down right lacking for her taste. Which said alot because it had been a few year's since either of us had Chinese take-out. Better luck next time.
