Horrible. Telling customers to pick up applications to help them make their orders is unacceptable.

They made the drink with the wrong ingredients, you tell them, they make it half wrong again and they try to argue on it.

Then you order food, wait 20 minutes just to be told they ran out of said food

Donuts are all right if you are there early. They are often out of most before lunch. Most drinks are alright. Can't remember the last time they actually had a normal Dunkin refresher. If you want one get the lemonade one. Iced tea is not good.

I would give the staff a five-star rating. However, I am disappointed with the availability of the products. When trying to purchase a Green Monster, I found that only the super-sized cans were available. Everyone knows that the Green Monster cans are the best-selling, and forcing customers to buy a larger size than they want is unacceptable. This tactic is something that I, and likely many others, do not appreciate. As a local who has frequented this store many times, I have now encountered this issue twice. This approach is transparent and disingenuous. Consequently, I will not be purchasing anything from inside the store again.
