Waffles! Finally stopped here for a breakfast waffle on my way into town this morning. Yum. Also picked up a delicious gazpacho which was a welcome addition to our lunch with friends. Will definitely be back for the ham and swiss waffle and some of the other breakfast options.

The best waffle, or "gaufre" as we say in French, that I have eaten in a long time. And you can't beat fresh whipped cream. Sean also had fresh homemade gazpacho, absolutely delicious. And apparently next week he will have cold cucumber soup. I'm glad I finally stopped to check out his menu.

Finally saw it open while driving by and I was so excited to try it. Ordered the Nutella banana waffle and the berries waffle with some iced tea and just wow. Literally the best waffles I’ve ever had! The iced tea was so refreshing too and we sat on nice little chairs. Sean was so nice the entire time, I absolutely will be be coming back for more when I can ❤️

Had the great pleasure of meeting Sean this weekend and finding out what the hype is all about while he was at Crossroads Taproom in Catskills NY!Sean makes the Best (with a capital B) waffles, period. I decided on the Ham & Swiss Waffle Sandwich. It was the perfect balance of the sweetness of the waffle and saltiness of the ham and cheese. Jen chose the Banana Nutella combo and she enjoyed every bite of it.Bummer that we missed Juno, his pup but that just makes it a requirement for another trip up to Milan to visit them at their regular spot on NY Route 199 in Milan NY!

Sean's Waffles is a scrumptious hidden gem- his waffles are rich and sweet, soft and crispy, filling yet light. His gleaming airstream trailer has plenty of parking nearby with a view of a lake and covered bridge. Warm up by a fire out front in the cooler months. I highly recommend the desert waffles with nutella and bananas as well as apples and whipped cream. The ham and swiss is unbelievably delicious but the pulled pork waffle with coleslaw is DIVINE. Sean provides very friendly and quick service. Stop by for desert or a meal- you will not regret it. We plan to cut our christmas tree this season at the nearby farms and then go for waffles and coffee!
