The most delicious, soul satisfying $5 we ever spent for the Friday special. The fried chicken is incredibly perfect and crisp skinned and juicy tender. The smackncheese does not disappoint, perfect balance of moist and baked. The lemonade is real lemonade like momma dukes used to make. Will be a regular here for sure. Thank you Al!!

Spent near 80 bucks for food we could barely eat. The ribs were uneditable. The wings fought to digest. We’ve been looking forward to go here and only told by our taste “shoulda judged better”

Good food. Friendly service.ribs, fried chicken, delicious Mac and cheese, hot dogs and much much more. Tables under a tent were available to eat otherwise take out type place. We were there with a large group(we booked ahead) and food was ready and plentiful. As trays emptied Al.quickly refilled them.
Ok, I'm often considered a food snob, even though I believe I'm not a snob, I have high standards for food quality since I can often cook anything I want and make it delicious. Why am I saying this? I cannot deliver anything close to the deliciousness Big Al served up. Big Al is not big in size, like Big would suggest, "Damn you Notorious BIG for making me think forever, that Big means an overly large man!".
Big in Big Al, stands for flavor, portions and heart. This man, you can tell, puts everything into his food and into his service. Sure we had to wait, but they were upfront about it and honest.
He and his staff made, this loud Italian feel welcome. Even as I was having a coaching meltdown dealing parents from my Cooperstown team. Lol

Food was excellent but the service from Al was next level. We had a preset menu for a large group, my son didn't love what we chose for the group, Al fired up his magic machine and made my son some chicken tenders that he devoured and had all his buddies jealous. Go see Al!
