It’s gonna be a no for me. The service was lovely, very clean but the food was terrible. I haven’t returned food in years, and hated having to do it to such a nice waiter. Everything was either burnt or tasted like it had been microwaved. Why does it have a 4.5 ⭐️again?

Overpriced restaurant, me and my buddies got the big breakfast 3 of them in total and our total came out $80. We tipped (14.27) bucks. 95 after tip. We eventually realized that we spent way too much money and did some thinking. We asked the waitress for chocolate chip pancakes and she said it was fine. They charged us for a separate order of chocolate chip pancakes (12.95). Not including the organial pancakes that came with the meal. Chocolate chips should be a few extra bucks not (12.95). We would like our money back or a free meal.

I could see why it stays open being in Millbrook, but compared to the other diners in the Hudson valley, this one is mediocre

This place is great for a lunch spot. Brings you back to the older days.
Food was so yummy, coffee was nice and hot too.
Looking forward to another visit down the road.

The Millbrook Diner is a gem and I don’t want you to eat there. You’ll love the entire package and I’ll have to wait to get my next delicious meal. Seriously, the staff is friendly and professional with the upstate charm and big smiles. The food is always top quality and tasty. This 1936 diner is still mostly original and has an old phone booth. The interior has art deco metal panels and decorations. Everyone that comes in is friendly. View their menu online make sure to tip the servers.

Excellent classic diner experience in a small village. The service is great, as are the omelettes. Particular kudos to Heather and Danielle.

I stopped in here while waiting for some friends. The Cobb salad I had was probably the best I’ve ever had. The fresh chicken was grilled with some char on the edges and there was a lot, the avocados were fresh and the eggs. If you enjoy a Cobb salad and don’t stop here you’re missing out!!!

A lovely small diner. The structure maintains the look of diners from a hundred years ago, when this one was established, and it's beautiful. The food was also pretty good, especially the pecan and banana pancakes, which were so naturally fluffy and moist that they didn't need butter or syrup. The staff was helpful, but busy on the weekend.
