I proceeded to walk into the Miller Place 7-Eleven to purchase a drink. Upon approaching the cashier, I placed the drink on the counter, thinking that she scanned it (but apparently she didn't). I proceeded to try to pay with apple pay. The cashier (an older woman with short white hair) rudely told me to "remove your phone from the scanner" sarcastically, and that "everyone is always in a rush and I can't do my job." If I could give this place a ZERO I would. The older woman with the gray hair has to be the nastiest customer service I've ever encountered. And the manager I think his name was Rizi, just lets her carry on without any attempt to de-escalate the situation. There needs to be retraining or new staff.
