Utterly horrendous experience today 10/29 at 1PM. There are children behind the counter. They look like young adults but mentally are still toddlers. Totally screwed up our wraps and we asked them to remake them. They remade them wrong again and had to “ask” for another remake. They proceeded to “remake” the exact same wraps by shifting things around on the same sandwich and handing it back. No apologies at all but plenty of infantile attitude. Whatever you do, definitely avoid this place. It’s absolutely awful. There are too many better competitors around to waste your time.

We waited 15 minutes for two bagels with cream cheese the place was empty, The workers simply forgot. Only to get home and see that they gave the wrong bagel. I'm allergic to sesame seeds also, I asked for a garlic bagel. I could've been killed.

I used to love coming here. Their food is still good but after moving back to the local area I have stopped in twice and both times my order was either missing something or never made at all. Same individual that made the mistake both times. They’re friendly but maybe need to be re-trained.

My review for better on a bagel would be that this place is pretty decent even when there packed in the early morning trying to help everyone they make the line move Farley fast while still making the food taste delicious and fresh.

This is are go to Bagel place ALWAYS. No matter the time, day of the week their bagels are ALWAYS fresh n soft. Been going there even before the new owners took over awhile back. We would take bagels down to our TN family every time we visit them. My fiancée n ai recently moved to TN, I ordered 4 dozen plus an extra 10 bagels. Told the lady EACH dozen I would like all different ones. Everything, egg, sesame, poppy, salt, egg Everything, onion n rainbow. Needless, to say when we just got home no RAINBOW or SALT. A lot more Everything then I would have liked n a few weired seeded ones I didn't want. Thought it was an easy order as I've done this many times n never had a problem. Sadly, the order was messed up. After paying as much as I did, take them 14 hrs South it would have been nice to get the order correct. But I will still go there just ask to let another person help me .P.S -- It was slow when I placed my order too.

The bagels here are amazing!! I moved away from LI, and every time I come home, my sweet mother drives 30 minutes away (though there are several bagel places around the corner) to get me these bagels.
We immediately put them in ziplock bags to last longer and easily get five days of deliciousness out of them. My hubby loves their maple walnut something with raisins (?) cream cheese on a cinnamon raisin bagel, and I love their veggie cream cheese on just about every other bagel.
The whole family loves their chicken salad, too! …but the bagels—go for the bagels!
Good food, nice staff, kinda screws up the order a bunch so just check before you leave the store.

Worst ever. Ordered 2 sandwiches, BEC on bagel (fine),SEC with bacon on toasted roll. $16.87 for 2 sandwiches but they said the price was high because I ordered sausage as an extra. CHECK THE PICTURE of what I got when I opened it at home !!!!!!!!!! So $16+ for 2 BEC. NEVER AGAIN
