There's not too many really authentic cantonese take outs any more. I find the food here is good. Only negatives would be wonton soup has nothing but broth & wontons, no traditional pices of pork or greens. The shrimp & lobster sauce is very bland and has no ground pork, which it would traditionally have. Restaurant is very clean and staff friendly.
The food is excellent and no mistakes! This is really a take out operation. There are two tables available to sit and eat but no wait service. The restaurant is always busy which goes to prove the quality of the food. The staff is friendly and accommodating.
My family has been ordering from Ho Ming for many years and I can’t believe it took me this long to write something. Of the many chinese take-out spots I’ve tried in the area, Ho Ming has always had the most consistently best tasting food.
