Don Quijote Restaurant offers great food and a fun atmosphere with accommodating service. The owner is humble, and the waitress is awesome. Regulars keep coming back for over 20 years, enjoying the Mexican dishes like chimichangas served with rice and black beans, and excellent chorizos Sancho. The Paella Valenciana is piled high and more than enough for two. Very good food includes very fresh guacamole and warm chips and salsa. The bar service was good, with a free shot of tequila at the end and the option of a 1/2 pitcher of margaritas. The dining area is very nice with a good side bar and outside dining is also available. Plenty of parking available.
