This has to be my LEAST favorite Starbucks, the workers always seem distracted , my drink is watered down and the coffee tastes burnt. I hope staff improves
I consider myself a loyal Starbucks customer, however, this location has given me watery tasting drinks more than once. Also if you add expensive cold foam into a bigger cup the baristas will make a point to not fill it to the top. Can’t imagine this business practice generates regulars.
They were very sweet. Nice place, but the coffee was sub-par. I wanted an oleato, but it tasted burnt, then I got a caramel machismo that wasn't 100 % either but better than the oleato, but they just didn't taste 100%

My wife was purchasing coffee beans along with a bunch of other drinks. The staff offered to ground the beans for my wife and they did. Immediately after getting back into the car to leave the store, my wife realized that she accidently purchased decaf coffee. She went inside to request an exchange and was told that company policy doesn't allow exchanges on bags that have been opened. Such bad business. The bag of coffee that you sell for $15 probably costs you $3 to produce. So for $3 you rather risk frustrating a customer? It's either a poor policy or your staff doesn't care. To be honest, I think your staff doesn't care. I own a business and I purchase hundreds of Starbucks gift cards to promote my business. I understand the principle of losing a little to gain a lot. I doubt that a company like your ls doesn't understand this and I doubt that this policy is true. I think that some simple common sense makes exchanging the bag a no brainer. And I believe that your staff found joy in declining a customer request, all while doing it with a smile on their face. And thats malicious. In the end it's only $15. I'll never go to this store again.
