I had a very upsetting experience at this store. There was a mistake with my order, where I had a drink missing. When I asked about the missing drink, an employee named Nigeria was very rude and kept insisting we had already received all our drinks. She told us things like “Next time, be honest” and even threatened us by saying “You! Be careful.” She also said we should have paid about $6 more, making it seem like we were lying to get free drinks. She never tried to listen or understand the situation and treated us very disrespectfully.
Another employee later admitted the mistake, apologized, and handled it professionally — but Nigeria’s attitude made me and my family feel humiliated. Because of this, I don’t feel comfortable returning to this location. Because of Nigeria, this Starbucks has lost a customer and has left me with a generally negative impression of Starbucks. This is not how to treat your customers, and Nigeria needs to go back to training.

This has to be my LEAST favorite Starbucks, the workers always seem distracted , my drink is watered down and the coffee tastes burnt. I hope staff improves

I consider myself a loyal Starbucks customer, however, this location has given me watery tasting drinks more than once. Also if you add expensive cold foam into a bigger cup the baristas will make a point to not fill it to the top. Can’t imagine this business practice generates regulars.

They were very sweet. Nice place, but the coffee was sub-par. I wanted an oleato, but it tasted burnt, then I got a caramel machismo that wasn't 100 % either but better than the oleato, but they just didn't taste 100%
