We came today at 7:00 pm and if the manager of this location reads this the young man working the drive-thru was extremely rude. No smile, thank you or anything, just a scowl when we asked for ketchup. Very disappointed you didn’t have the garlic Parmesan saucy nuggets….how does a national chain that is managed correctly run out of a sauce? The fries were soggy also, the only thing that was good was the son of baconator. Almost forgot to add, the sodas tasted like chlorine.

Order on mobile app, came to pick it up released once we got to the car we were missing one ten piece nuggets. Came back Desiree was super super sweet about it and gave us cookies for the inconvenience. We both used to work in a food industry so we totally understand that mistakes happen especially during rushes, Desiree was a sweetheart about the whole thing though. I appreciate everything she’s done for us she is the sweetest.

Waited over 15 minutes for my food and recieved the wrong order. Got charged for the wrong order aswell and couldn’t get a refund because I didn’t receive a receipt. I ordered one meal and was charged $30. Why am I being punished for your mistakes?! It’s a shame because I love Wendy’s :(

Have taken her to other Wendy's and the service was terrible and the customers were unruly. Made for a very uncomfortable time. Will always come to Miller Place. LOVE the Decorations.

Freezing cold dining room, everyone eating in their coats. Understaffed at lunch time. Wendy's quality has been slipping, and prices keep going up. Single burger combo now $11.39 with tax, and it is smaller than ever.
