Have taken her to other Wendy's and the service was terrible and the customers were unruly. Made for a very uncomfortable time. Will always come to Miller Place. LOVE the Decorations.

Freezing cold dining room, everyone eating in their coats. Understaffed at lunch time. Wendy's quality has been slipping, and prices keep going up. Single burger combo now $11.39 with tax, and it is smaller than ever.

I didn’t even get to order my food because the girl who was a “manager” working on Monday, 10/21/24 around 10PM who was on the drive thru speaker was extremely rude so I drove off. Not sure who gave her that position but she needs to be demoted or terminated because that’s embarrassing and unprofessional.

Every time I order spicy nuggets they either give me regular nuggets or the staff thinks they are being slick and the bottom will be regular nuggets and the top ones will be spicy so when I won’t notice until I get home. Very frustrating. Next time I will check thoroughly. Hope a manager sees this and addresses their staff about this.

The night manager at this location is a miserable person. Make sure you ask for extra sauce!! She will hook it up for free!
Got there at 1:20 am 40 mins before they closed , got my food and apparently they now charge for extra sauce so i ordered 2 buffalo sauce but instead i payed 21 cents for ranch ! they gave me the wrong sauce if im paying for it they can at least give me right sauce ! would not come here again

I ordered I sweet tea with my meal then I realized it was mostly ice, I went back through the drive through to ask him to take some ice out and add more tea and the worker told me I’d have to buy a new drink, what it the actual hell

For fast food fans, I recommend the number 1 double no cheese.
If you want and like cheese. Then get a single with double cheese.
If you really enjoy a good hamburger, then ask for extra everything on your burger. ?
