I recently stopped by this coffee spot and was honestly underwhelmed. I ordered an iced caramel coffee (about $7), which felt overpriced—especially since most iced coffees go for $4–$5. I get that prices can be inflated based on the area, but still, I expected more.

When we received our order, a different worker called out two vanilla iced coffees instead of caramel. We let him know, and to his credit, he was super nice and remade them with no issue. Great customer service in that regard.

That said, the coffee itself was disappointing. It tasted more like basic drip coffee than something crafted with care. The caramel flavor was barely noticeable, and the presentation didn’t match the storefront display at all. No ombré effect, no branding or logo on the cup—just plain and forgettable. For the price, I expected more than what felt like a generic coffee in a plain cup.

This experience reminded me that I can honestly make a better coffee at home—and probably will next time.

Crazy waitress refused to serve me because of my service dog. I’ve never been treated like that anywhere.

This is my favorite coffee (tea) shop. Everything is always excellent, delicious and fresh. What makes it special is the crew - friendly, welcoming and they always remember everyone. Anna and the rest of the morning staff care about what they do and the people they serve. It is the kind of place that starts your day off bright! Highly recommend to go anytime of the day.

Very friendly staff and the coffee is excellent. They also have great breakfast sandwiches and do an excellent job preparing the food for takeout.

Best coffee shop around! I go in every morning, and it’s incredible how quickly the line moves and how few words need to be exchanged in most cases, as the staff know every regular’s name and order by heart. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and are satisfied with your order. Highly recommend.

For many years this place was great, but in the past few months or so it’s really gone downhill. They cannot get my sandwich orders correct. And the service is not very friendly. Some of the staff are trying really hard, but the veterans are just cold and disinterested in customers.

I’ve been here several times and it was always ok, if a little inconsistent . yesterday my wife and I got 2 iced lattes that were absolutely undrinkable. Insanely strong, bitter, and burnt tasting. The barista was a young Asian guy with homemade tattoos who would not make eye contact. When I asked to have some milk poured in the guy kept his back to me and had headphones on and would not or could not acknowledge my request ; the young woman at the counter had to stop what she was doing and assist me because he was in his own world. I felt bad for her. I cannot recommend this place

I always order online for pick up. Once I picked up my drink, an iced matcha latte, which was ordered as a medium. When I arrived to pick up I was given a small iced matcha latte and rudely told by the cashier woman that she made it a small even though I paid for a medium because I ordered it under the “hot drinks” and not iced but there is NO option for iced matcha latte. I always put in the comments please make iced and had never had an issue perilously until this woman was SO rude and did not offer to fix it and remake it as a medium or refund me since I did not get what I paid for.

Today I order again iced matcha latte for pick up and arrive and the drink is only 3/4 full.

I just do not know what is going on with this establishment. Very inconsistent and it is disappointing because the drinks and food are good when they’re made properly.

One of the best cafes I've been to. The crowd was nice. The food and drinks were even better -- one of the best bacon egg and cheese I've had. Would go again and recommend it.

first and foremost, the female manager or owner is the rudest person i’ve ever encountered in my life. the food is also not fresh, not very good and the milk for the coffee is left out all day and is rancid. do not recommend and will not support this business.
