Ardito's is staple of the community there in Mineola. Anyone who knows Rosa and Tony will agree with me that they are both amazing. The food is always on point and handed to you with a smile. The lunch hours can get pretty crowded and busy but is worth the wait. I recommend Arditos for everything from sandwiches to salads and pasta.. eggplant parm to die for and some of the best chicken cutlets I have ever had!

I stumbled on this store and felt like I had just stumbled on a piece of Italian Christmas history. Brought me back to my childhood. I had the sausage and peppers, delicious! I also got a hero which was so big I had to eat it in 3 parts. Plus some absolutely delicious traditional apricot filled cookies from Joe's Bakery. Will definitely be visiting here when I'm in the neighborhood. It's not at all big or fancy, it's just a good old, family run business. Great to get traditional Italian Christmas items.

I never get tired of the food here. This was my third trip and I know I’ll be back again and again. Today was tuna salad, chicken salad, stuffed mushrooms and a wrap with chicken cutlets, Mutz, eggplant with some mayo.

It's a great neighborhood spot that makes this neighborhood great.They are always friendly no matter how busy they are. Also be warned. They do get very busy at lunch.Five days a week they have hot dishes.You can be added to they email list for their weekday menu. Always changes, but they always have the scrumptious Italian specialities.Trust me. Give their fried chicken cutlets a try. You won't be disappointed.Last thing.
