Amazing food, great service and good prices! A very filling Picanha lunch for 12.99 is pretty unbeatable. They have switched ownership recently but quality with both owners are pretty great

Restaurantji Recommends
Falta de educação de empregadas. Comida fria. Não sei se falar em português, english o espanhol mais uma palavra só em todos os idiomas pra que tudo mundo entenda: Horrível serviço. Não entendo como um restaurante pode ter um serviço tan mais tan baixo.Walked in and the girl taking our order had an attitude right away. It’s always the same story when ordering, either the machine to make açaí is always broken, the coffee machine doesn’t work, or they don’t have the food listed on the menu. What kind of restaurant business is that? First thing we were told was that the coffee machine was broken, which didn’t matter to us - we didn’t want to order coffee anyway. Then my husband orders a caldo de Cana. We pay for the order & only after does the lady said they didn’t have it. Our food comes out and when I bite into the Coxinha, it was frozen inside. We tell the lady to reheat it and she brings it back not tasting the same. We finish our food and before leaving we told them thank you despite our experience. The place is small & there was no one else there but us and no response. Again, zero manners. What’s crazy is I came here in 2022, for the first time to try it out, I placed an order for açaí and was then told after that the açaí machine was broken. It’s a Brazilian place and the açaí machine broken?! Make that make sense. It took them 45 minutes to complete my order which was basic a pastel and Coxinha. After two times of giving them a chance, it’s a big NO. Don’t waste your time. If you have a restaurant business like this big or small, everything matters. From the first impression being greeted, to the food, everything. Trashy service and food is whatever. Do better BR Station or shut down.

Best Brazilian pastry you will find in NY!
Service as always is the problem with the place. The food is delicious. But they pass on the kitchen problems to the customer. Asking for a tapioca, we received a sorry face. We were told that the problem they had at the moment was that their plate was dirty. I have never received a response above from a customer service representative. So we remained silent waiting for the solution, it seemed that a solution was expected from the client. So I asked, is there a problem? The answer was, we will spend about 20 minutes cleaning the plate and then preparing the tapioca. This is serious for a business, kitchen problems should never be passed on to a customer.I took the opportunity to order a coffee, and the image on the menu showed a very pretty cup of coffee. I decided to take a chance, I waited and then she told me that I should take the coffee and put it in a plastic cup, just like they do at Seven Elevem. OK, so far so good. When I poured the coffee into my cup it was cold. I added a little milk so the coffee was cold. I called the attendant and asked her to put it in the microwave for me. So 10 minutes later I asked about the coffee, the attendant had forgotten.Several empty ketchup pots. This is the second time the problem has repeated itself. The pastel de feira also has a photo of a vinaigrette, it's my second visit again we were told there is no vinaigrette. Just the pastel itself.By the way, their food is a great cook, all the dishes are great, extremely tasty, seasoned, well prepared. The whole problem with the place is the service, which is friendly but clumsy. Lack of service training.
I arrived in the environment. The service is terrible. Everything we asked for is missing. The attendant looks like she's on the moon. A shame. because the hot food made by the cook is good. I won't go back there again. I got an açaí, it was overflowing. On the lid. It seemed like it was on purpose. Well I don't go into a food environment just to eat something good. But I highly evaluate its quality and tranquility when eating. I won't go back anymore.
