Worst foods and service. I am a Chipotle fan, don't get me wrong. But this place is a joke. The young workers are just chatting each other and does not even look at customer's face. They kept on going with their conversation while conversing with me. They don't even say thank you, but just continuing their conversation handing over me the credit card. They did not have enough steak, they had run out of tomato salsa, which displays they did not manage the inventory and cook in advance. Oh, they had run out of spoons as well (I asked a guy and he said "we have no more spoons"). They should get all fired.

Went today with my daughter after her tournament. I should’ve read the reviews, because they give you a ridiculously uneven portions. She ordered half chicken and half steak. I questioned if they forgot the steak because I only counted 4 and the male said no it’s on the other side of the bowl. I showed him the bowl, moved the cheese and lettuce. Counted only 4 in front of him. He said that’s correct. They only put half spoonfuls for this sort of order. Anyway the manager said the same thing and seemed annoyed, maybe because I was. She asked if I wanted more and said yes. Gave me an 1/8 of a side container. Anyway, don't live in that area so thats it.

I give this location a one star because whenever we order to pick up from there, an issue always occurs with the portion sizing or then just forgetting a side e,g, Guac. Yesterday we got chipotle, the labels on our two bowls and quesadilla were mixed up. They barely filled my sisters bowl up, so we texted the chat bot, then I called the store to complain. They told us to come back in and they would remake the bowl. Are you serious? Ask me to drive back for this stupid bowl? We just wanted to eat and they could provide no better solution. This should’ve been made right the first time. Ridiculous, never come to this location.

It is so disappointed to order online. I ordered bowl many times, but everytime the bowl was only filled up half. When I ordered in person , the bowl would be filled up. I don't understand why it's only filled up half bowl but not full bowl when ordered online. The food is really good, but only filled up in half bowl is unacceptable.

The food here is ok.However, the employees are very messy when distributing the food.I am vegan and I order the veggie bowl.Every time I go to this location, there are toppings mixed together.They have mozzarella cheese in the guacamole. They throw your food into the bowl without being mindful, so toppings are spilling out into the food trays beneath it.I even had to pick mozzarella cheese out of my bowl. some customers don’t consume dairy products so they should be more mindful & cleanup.

I went there at 9:25pm on April 2nd 2024 to get a chicken bowl. The person serving me only gave me half a spoon of chicken. I felt disappointed because I felt like I got skimped on for the price I was paying for the bowl. To anyone reading this I suggest you go to Taco Express on Hillside Avenue, they're just like Chipotle and they cover your plate with protein and won't look at you like you have 5 heads when you ask for a decent portion.
I’ve never seen a place to eat worsted than this NHP 530 Jericho Turnpike location on 2/29/24 9 PM. My 3 kids are Chipotle lovers. I’ve asked my 12 year old daughter what she wants to eat and she said chipotle. My wife, daughter and I entered and start ordering. I was first and asked for beef Barbacoa and there wasn’t enough and said no more, then I ordered chicken tacos and asked for lettuce and they said no more lettuce so reply I could wait for it their response was we don’t have any in the restaurant. Daughter then ordered and her surprise not enough sour cream and lettuce also. Wife turn and. At register my daughter ask for nacho chips and said no more. Wife and daughter ask for two fountain drinks and I ordered a Coke glass soda and they said we don’t have Coca Cola glass bottles and I chose there last sprite in the refrigerator. While I was paying my wife and daughter comes to the front and said there’s no more Coca Cola in the fountain machines and there’s no other sodas coming out. The lady said we are out of all fountain sodas. I replied why didn’t you say that before before charging us. I asked we could wait while eating to fill with the soda syrup she said there’s none in the store. I replied I can’t believe that’s there’s no lettuce, barbacoa, sour cream, fountain soda, and nacho chips in the restaurant. She rolls her eyes and says that’s what I said and the other seven other workers liked that response, while people in the kitchen are conversing and laughing about what ever they were talking about. I just sat down and noticed the garbage filled beyond the top and a mess around it. Then my daughter said there’s no more napkins so now I have to face the crew again. I’ve asked for napkins and they replied they’re in the napkin holder and replied none and they gave me five sheets of napkins and I asked for a few more the lady was nasty yells don’t give him anymore I told the lady please and still they didn’t budge. I reported the garbage and they shrugged their shoulders. My wife asked to speak to the manager and the lady that rolled her eyes, shrugged her shoulders, had rude replies said yes that’s me with an evil grin. We said what type of place you managing, she turn around and went to her crew. Never again stepping into 530 Jericho Turnpike Chipotle again. Now my daughter yesterday ask to go to get quesadilla and she actually said not Chipotle and ask for the new spot to go to initials T.D. Guess her brand loyalty has changed since what she witnessed.The manager of that location needs to get fired and that staff retrained. Whoever is interviewing those managers and staff members for that location has done a very poor job In selecting those employees that day at night.
One of the worst chipotle’s I’ve ever been to. Line was moving super slow. They were out of a lot of things. When I was up to order the lady didn’t even knowledge I was there. She pretended like she didn’t see me. I was trying hard to get her attention I even said excuse me can I order? Another worker came and helped instead. I was told that I couldn’t order a cheese quesadilla there, I had to do it on the app lol. Like what? I’ve never even heard of that. That is so dumb.. I never had to do that before

There is always garbage scattered throughout the restaurant. Today I went and they had a DELAYED OPENING, the place is always a mess and the food is average. I will not be coming back and feel no remorse.
