I’ve never seen a place to eat worsted than this NHP 530 Jericho Turnpike location on 2/29/24 9 PM. My 3 kids are Chipotle lovers. I’ve asked my 12 year old daughter what she wants to eat and she said chipotle. My wife, daughter and I entered and start ordering. One of the worst chipotle’s I’ve ever been to. Line was moving super slow. They were out of a lot of things. When I was up to order the lady didn’t even knowledge I was there. She pretended like she didn’t see me. I was trying hard to get her attention I even said excuse me can I order? Another worker came and helped instead. I can’t wait to get started about this dumb. Everytime I go I leave sad. Once I went to pick up my mobile order, and it took 40 MINUTES. They always give me small portions and take long. There is always garbage scattered throughout the restaurant. Today I went and they had a DELAYED OPENING, the place is always a mess and the food is average. I will not be coming back and feel no remorse.
