I never complain about customer service but this honestly was unbelievable. I've been seeing advertising everywhere for the Ice spice munchkins drink and decided I'd try it (keep in mind the drink had been out for weeks at this point). I walked in to order one and it was literally on the menu board with a giant photo as their featured drink. I asked for one small munchkin drink and the workers stared at me as if I had five heads. I pointed to the menu and said can I get that, to which they asked me if I wanted a pumpkin spice latte. I kept pointing to the drink on the menu and they were just so confused so I opened the Dunkin' app and pulled up the drink on there. The two workers both looked at me and said "what is that?" And I told them it was a drink I saw on their menu and kept pointing at it. They then asked me "is that a coffee drink?" And I told them I didn't know but I saw it on their menu. I know it's supposed to be a blended drink with munchkins blended in with whipped cream and caramel drizzle on top. After about 5 minutes of waiting I got an iced coffee with no sweetener, milk, and munchkins that the worker crushed up with his hands. Not a blended drink but an iced coffee with cubes. I was honestly in pure shock and the workers seemed so confused so I just left. The place was clean but I have never had an issue like this before anywhere. I guess this place is ok if you just want a plain coffee. They were nice but no matter how I asked they just didn't know how to make this drink but it's featured on their big menu.

I recently visited this location, and had the worst customer experience! i literally had to call the police for assistance in getting a refund for receiving the wrong food! Smh! No manager on site, I don't understand how this store is still open for business. I don't recommend anyone eating food from here.

I have always found polite and fast service in whatever Dunkin Donuts that I go to. I have found them clean and always a good variety of food.Kid-friendliness: I have found that workers are patient with kids and their choices..Parking: While the parking area isn't always enough, I have found that alot of people buy for takeout and ther is usually a few spots to park in.Also people waiting for a spot, appear to be mannered, as well as people getting in and out of their cars.
